2 years agoTHIS IS MY 3RD WINDICATOR. THE FIRST 2 ARE 38/357, 2" BLUED & 4" NICKELED. BOTH OF THESE ARE RELIABLE AND ACCURATE. THE ONE I JUST ORDERED IS A BLUED 4" 38SPL ONLY, THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A BIT LIGHTER. LOOKING FORWARD TO RANGE DAY WITH MY WIFE, AS THIS LATEST ADDITION WILL BE HER's. THS, USN68~74

2 years agoGreat value. Would give it a five but I have only been able to put a couple cylinders of ammunition through it. Handles warm 125 grain magnums comfortably. Looking forward to a full workout at the range soon.

2 years agoI see the price went up since I bought but I'm very happy with it. I've always been S&W for revolvers. Have a 44, 22, and 38. I wanted a 357 for the range but didn't want to spend $700. I'm not going to carry it and don't hunt, so why not? The thing is fun to shoot and a nail driver. Trigger is perfect as any in single action of course. The do...Read More Read more about review stating Great budget gun

2 years agoThis Windicator is the balance of functional operation, Size, weight , and handling qualities I have looked for in an easy to deploy handgun. Quite appropriate for concealed carry, powerful enough to do the job,( if firefight becomes necesary, not overly heavy,.. and due to the undelug,... reasonably balnced in hand

2 years agoLooks even better than I thought it would! It’s a little more satin looking than I thought but it looks great!!!!

1 year agoI have not fired my EAA Windicator yet! The weapon looks of quality construction, feels well balanced and works as it should.

1 year agoNice gun for the price. Of course there was a 50 dollar price reduction a few days after I bought mine.

1 year agoVery attractive looking sidearm chambered in .357mag/.38spl, has a nice solid feel to it out of the box, looking forward to going to the range to run live rounds thru it. Seems ideal for a Home/Self defense sidearm!!!!! ????????????????????

1 year agoJust received my new EAA Windicator Sidearm chambered in .357 Mag/.38 Spl. This is a very attractive/stylish looking gun, nice solid feel right out of the box, looking forward to going out to the range to run live rounds thru it, I think this Sidearm is a good choice for Home or Self Defense.

1 year agoI really like the gun for the price. This gun is turning into one of my favorites. The only thing was after I bought mine I found the same one for $60.00 cheaper on this site. Also the pictures need to match the description for less confusion. 1 year agoIt showed up at my FFL with a distracting blemish on the top strap that I guess I’m going to have to send back to EAA to repair or replace.

1 year agoI just got the pistol at the FFL. I HAVEN'T HAD A CGANCE TO TAKE UT TO THE RANGE BUT WILL THE FIRST CHance I GET.

1 year agoI like it, yes it a budget revolver , and on the heavy side, for me heavy is good especially when shooting 357 rounds. Also it pairs well with my rossi 92 357/38 lever action 20in.

1 year agoIt looks great and has a good solid feel to it. I haven't had a chance to fire it yet. I received my order so quickly from Guns.com that I'm still waiting on ammo that I had ordered from another site. It's a "budget" revolver, but in the $400 dollar range, it is well worth the money. I'd love to have a Colt Python, but I just can't justify spendin...Read More Read more about review stating It looks great and has

1 year agoThis gun has some pros & some cons. The pros: (1) great rear sights (although the front sight needs to be painted) (2) an adequate heft (ok but not great) to it which absorbs the .357 recoil (3) an okay rubber grip, (4) a handsome finish. The cons: (1) a barebones narrow trigger that is somewhat uncomfortable to shoot, and (2) the general feel...Read More Read more about review stating The EAA Windicator Shoots Good, but Doesn't Feel Good to Shoot

1 year agoIt's a solid, no frills but excellent revolver. Action is smooth, and the furniture is solid. Very satisfied.

1 year agoGreat gun, packs a good punch! I like that this stub nose has a rear sight, unlike a lot of stub nose revolvers. Great fit and finish on the gun as well. All around pleased with the purchase. Too bad ammo is in short supply or I would shoot it a lot more. Palmetto is a great arms supplier too.

1 year agoAbout 25 years ago this was my first handgun purchase and 2nd overall gun purchase. Sadly sold it a few years ago and don't know why.... Was a decent and fun gun to shoot. Heavy and solid not uncomfortable. I will be purchasing again for nostalgic reasons.

1 year agoI love this little feller. Fits really well in my hand and very easy to carry in my waistband. It is a bit on the heavy side, but I like that with this caliber. It fires really well with both 38 special and 357, though when you get into the defense rounds for 357 it can be a bit uncomfortable after a few goes. I've had it less then two months and I've already put almost 200 rounds through it and the only issue was the screw in the grip came a bit loose. Though a little loctite took care of that issue so far. Highly recommend for a budget revolver and even like it better then my father's S&W.

1 year agoI bought my Windicator at a show almost a decade ago through a vendor, but I feel a review here is worthwhile due to PSAs great customer service. Despite the advertising, I find it attractive looking, and by far I'm most confident with it over my other revolvers (even my snake guns, surprisingly). It's nose heavy, which is good for this caliber. The mechanism isn't quite as smooth or light as other revolvers, but you get what you pay for. Hammer is very comfortable for SA shooting, and it'll
