Taurus TX22 .22 LR Pistol, Wine Purple/Black – 1-TX22141P

Fantastic pistol! Love the trigger, it’s so smooth and easy to pull. Huge 16 round magazine and no misfires so far after 200-300 rounds.

Out of the box, firearm smacked 2/3 size steel plate at 25 yards. I don’t oil firearm prior to shooting, I checked firearm for obstructions, and went to shooting. The first one hundred rounds witnessed two failures to feed, which I’m willing to accredit to old questionable ammo. The firearm feels great in the hand. Hopefully will be able to get my hands on competition slide.

I like colorful polymer! This is actually quite tasteful. I researched this extensively before slapping down the virtual credit card. Amazing shooter! This .22 exceeded expectations to say the least. My wife has long held Ruger MK IV as her favorite but not any more. Breaks down easy, accurate, super light weight, no recoil. I bought this gun for my wife and she loves it. It’s very accurate and hasn’t had any issues whatsoever.

My new favorite pistol to shoot! Super accurate. The quality is good but I will be upgrading some parts like a stainless guide rod. Have a lot of fun shooting this gun though. .22 is very cheap to shoot thats why I purchased this pistol. So I can leave the bigger calibers at home and save money!

I love the weapon so much I got one for my gf she absolutely loves it. My only issue is the well documented magazine issue not feeding properly. So much so I called Taurus to complain about it. But, overall I love the weapon and recommend it

I wanted to see if all the reviews were true, so I ordered a TX22 it arrived on time, and it came with two mags which is nice. First trip to the range I had to raise the rear sight but it wouldn't stay adjusted the rear sight on these are junk so that went away for an aftermarket sight. The gun would fail to feed after 2-3 magazines found the feed ramp was really rough, so I had to polish the ramp then the groups were really big so after I examined the barrel I found the crown was not there

I love this little gun! My wife does too - it’s hers! Smooth shooting and absolutely no issues with the first 250 rounds. Also quite easy to disassemble and clean. Grip is great for her and tolerable for me. May not be the lightest .22 semi-auto on the market but sure isn’t the heaviest! Smooth operation.
