This gun runs flawlessly. The trigger is a little gritty on the take-up, but I didn't even notice it while riding the reset as I shot. The reset is really short. The grip texture is amazing.

This is a rare purchase. The Bull shark gray is awesome. Suppressor height sights are standard. Upgraded trigger, not the old articulate type. I love the fact it’s a compact and not full size which gives you a carry option. Two 23 round mags are smooth. Only negative is the knife. Poor quality to say the least. The blade doesn’t even lock back without you pushing the bar over. But to be fair, I didn’t buy it for the knife. This gun is not offered on SW website because the Spec series are special limited runs. Don’t let it get away.

I got it to crossbreed with my M&P 2.0 4.25" ported barrel. I put this slide on my full size 17rd frame and use it as my Carry Optics gun in my USPSA matches. This with the new Holosun SCS direct to slide mount green dot & the 23rd mags make an awesome combination. I put my 4.25" ported slide on this 15rd compact frame, and it doesn't print at all when carrying AIWB.

How can you go wrong with an M&P 2.0 ? Love the Bull Shark grey cerra cote ! It's also a big savings not having to replace the factory sights or having to purchase an aftermarket threaded barrel.

I've been a Glock guy for many years and thought I'd give this a try. Initial impression after a couple range days and about 500 rounds is very positive. Modular optic mounting is simple and seems to be holding up without issue, interchangeable grips are great and the finish on this is fantastic. I purchased this pistol based off a number of utube reviews. In particular most of the reviews raved about the trigger. I was greatly disappointed with the trigger pull. They must have been reviewing a non-production gun as mine wasn’t even close. In fact the trigger pull was very gritty prior to breaking although the break itself was clean. That said, the grip fit well and it was both accurate and reliable. Ran about 280 rounds through the gun without any failures. Ammo consisted of 115gr FMJ

Very nice my first series pistol wish I had gotten the other two before love the extended 23 round mags they are compatible with my other m & p pistols! But the firearm overall works fine I ran 300 rounds so far with no hiccups. Definitely a good addition to my m & p lineup

Put 183 rounds as soon as I unboxed it. Didn’t lube it, did nothing but pull it out of box; came with 2 23 round mags and 1x 15 round mags. Have shot around 3X with the 3 mags. No issues; ate up the mag tech 9mm rounds I was using no failures whatsoever right out of the box; even mag dumped a 23 round mag (rapid fire) no issues whatsoever. I Love this gun from its aggressive texturing which allows for a solid grip to its ergonomic feel due to its grip angle. I also love the accuracy of this gun. This gun is currently topped with a Holosun 507cx, green chevron sight. Fresh out of the gun case, A buddy and I each shot 3 shot groups at 15 yards in which all three bullet holes overlapped one another. This gun is definitely a winner.

After a hard debate between the Sig p365XL, the p365 X-Macro, the Shield Plus, the Springfield Hellcat Pro, the Glock 19, and the Walther PDP, I chose this gun, the S&M M&P 9 M2.0 OR Spec (Compact). Vastly improved trigger from the older semi circle version. Still gritty but smooths out over break in period. Much more ergonomic. Good fitment, no rattle. Finish was not perfect but it'll have holster wear eventually anyways. Cycles well. Magazines fit snug. Overall a good kit for the price.
