Picked up my 686+ from grab a gun from my FFL dealer and he was asking me if this was a used gun. Upon closer inspection the gun has burn marks and was definitely fired. The Gun appears to be in great condition and fires properly. Just a bit unnerving to receive a new item and find out it was used. Grab a Gun had a great price on it and the Gun is fine, but I'm still a bit disappointed knowing they send out items that were probably returned.

I really enjoy my 686 plus. I purchased the 6 inch and it is a really nice range gun. I would like to also get a 3 inch in the future.

Great gun with great accuracy! All around fun with .357 magnum or 38 spl rounds. To me the 6 inch barrel is just right. Always look forward to shooting it.

I shoot my 686 better than any other revolver I own! If I could own only one revolver, it would be my 686!

Had a 4" and loved it but wanted the 6" for better aim and lighter recoil. Thery're both great revolvers. Smith & Wesson knows hoe to make them!

Comes with really good grip which is usually first thing i change on a large caliber wheel gun. Grip tames recoil when shooting .357 Mag to tolerable. Can shoot .38 Special all day long without any discomfort.

It's a Smith and Wesson!! I had the Ruger GP100 which was a good gun, but this revolver was made with much more precision. Fits better in the hand, trigger is closer to the grip so less reach. Cylinder tolerance is a big difference, much tighter, less than .010" play. Great gun, highly recommend especially for people like me with smaller hands.

Have been lookin at the 686-6+ for a while and bought it. What a wonderful work of art. Such balance, fabulous point with the 6 in barrel. Have a browning highpower, and this S and W shows that fine kind of quality. Would definitely recommend this gun if you truly appreciate fine quailty. Thinking about another S+W in the near future!!

Love it! It has now become the go-to when introducing newbies to shooting. Much more forgiving with 38 special than MY 40 s&w pistol. Appears to be well made and is very fun to shoot.

Perfect size & weight. Bought this gun because my wife hates shooting my semi-automatic handguns. The slides sCare her and are tough for her to rack. She loves this revolver and was shooting pretty tight groups at 15 yards. And she looked like dirty harry doing it. Very accuRate. Very comfortable. And the weight even tamed the recoil when shooting 357 mags. Shooting 38 special felt like Shooting 22 lr. Love this gun.

Very smooth operation and tight tolerAnces which you can see as soon as you open the box and hold it. Will take it to the range this weekend and try a few different ammos through it. Awesome revolver. I always wanted a Smith & wesson 357 revolver, I grew up around them (father, uncle, COUSINS), they all had 38 specials. I was looking for the one with wooden grip intead of the plastic one but, I believe I can find it and replace it. Anyway, this is a great gun to have for personal protection or as a collector.

Magnificent revolver, beautiful craftsmanship. The 6-inch barrel is the perfect length, great accuracy with reduced kick-back.; 7 rounds is an added plus. PSA is a great outfit, great price and awesome customer service.
