1 year agoI do a lot of reloading and the 40 S&W is one of my favorite cartridges. This Taurus TH40 shoots all my reloads with no hicups. It is not the fanciest pistol on the market but for the price you can't go wrong. If you are looking for an every day shooter in 40 this is one to consider.

1 year agoGun arrived in nice sturdy storage case with accessories: two magazine clips, additonal backstraps, speedloader, and gun lock; more than I expected. First time handgun owner so I opted for the 3 year service plan offered by Sportsman's WH which offered alot for the $59.99. Gun itself was everything I expected. Learned all the features of the gun and how to disassemble the first day. Counter staff very helpful with questions. Happy with purchase and service. Will buy through Sportsmans WH again. Blessings!

1 year agoTaurus has really nailed it on these entry level handguns. Buy a TH series you won’t be disappointed especially for the price.

1 year agoI have a certain fondness for hammer fired pistols from learning to shoot 60 years ago with my grandfather's 1911. I bought the Taurus TH9 and loved it so much I bought a second just for EDC / competitive shooting. Buying the TH40 was a no brainer for me and it handles and shoots just as I expected. It's in my EDC rotation now. A shout out to the staff at the Washington, PA store. I drive the additional 20 miles because the treat me like their grandpa or old uncle, always fun to chat with,
