Rock Island Pro Match Ultra HC 10mm 6 inches 17 Round Pistol, Parkerized – 52000

I bought one. Its the BIG ROCK. Its kinda special. Its BA and Its mine. Grab a Guns shipping was super fast. It has the front serrations on slide and its longer than picture really shows and I'm well pleased. Pistol shoots great. No hang ups in 100 rnds of Armscor 10mm. I'm Glad I used the layaway plan, as I see its out of stock again as of may 26 /17. I recommend the 52000 from Grab a Gun.

Very fun and enjoyable to shoot, the long slide and solid metal construction equal light recoil. Extra mags can be ordered, they are the same as the 40 cal.

All I can say is wow. This thing shoots really nice. Over 200 rounds and have not missed a beat. Very happy with buying, shipping, and results.

This is a large heavy weapon that handles the 10MM very well. I'm 5-8, 180, with medium size hands and I found it easy to control. The 10MM does pack a punch and after 50 rounds you begin to feel it. Mine came with a 3 3/4 lb trigger weight and the sights were close to dead on. It is tight , extremely accurate, and well balanced. I found no flaws in the finish. Don’t know what to say but WOW!!! Sweet!!!! Recoil nice!! 16 round magazine, and the trigger is really nice also. I’m happy with it, shoots almost as sweet as my 45.

Nothing but good things to say about the R.I. M1911 Pro Match Ultra HC in 10mm. And Grab A Gun had the best price anywhere. Weapon had a good finish. Trigger was good. Barrell lock up was good. Gun groups very well. Only issue was that the gun wouldn't feed reliably. Shooting Sellier & Bellot ammo 180g fmj. Feed ramp was not cut properly. Bullet nose would impact ramp causing the bullet to set back into the case, which would cause high pressure situation. Had to send gun back to Rock Island Arms to repair. In their pamphlet they state that the gun shoots only round ball ammo.

great pistol .Sights needed a little tinkering with in the rear adjustment and you may have to polish the feed ramp for some hollow points .But she shoot's FMJ ammo all day long . Now to try some high dollar ammo after a little ramp polishing and back to range .But for the money you get a lot of gun .

The capacity and quality workmanship is on part with more expensive 10 mm PISTOLS but the price is much better. Rock island has their fingers on 1911 tek as well as Kimberly and the more expensive pistols in this caliber. 3000 rounds no trouble with low and high pressure ammo SUCH as underwood and my reloads. Purchased this Rock Island 1911 and for the price I paid for a 10mm, I got a great deal. Other brands of 10mm much more expensive. the weight of the pistol, 40-43 oz really helps with the recoil along with the 6" barrel as well. Accuracy is good, had to make a minor rear sight adjustment but shot 100 rounds and no jams .. This gun is heavy and i like it! Serious firepower that is buttery smooth to cycle, soft to shoot and extremely accurate. The gun is a ridiculous value when compareD to insanely expensive competing BrAnds. At such a low price, i can enjoy shooting it without panicing at the thiught oF a Little normal wEar and tear.

Absolutely perfect. This gun checks off all the basics And then some! If only I could find an unlimited supply of ammo!

Sweet to shoot, sight picture with the six inch barrel is great. Bull barrel and split guide rod is a little different and it’s a little hard to get the recoil spring in place to thread in the front guide rod. Balance is good and felt recoil is light. Love it, have had some failure to return to battery , with just bumping the slide it went into battery. Only 50 rounds through it so far, so it needs some more break in rounds

I let my friend try it at the range. He says it is too much gun.. I think the felt recoil is no more than my 1911 chambered in 45. Very accurate. Thinking about mounting a scope on it. Totally a meme range toy.

This is a beast. The added length and weight tame the recoil. Disappointed in the unexpected production change in rear sight. Went from white dot to black serrated. Front red fiber optic sight is dull. Between the sights and my aging eyes, I needed to send it in to Armscor to upgrade to a front night sight and rear adjustable dots. Proprietary cuts need to be recut to standard Novak cuts. I may have changed the front sight anyway, but the rear sight design change was unwelcome. Only shot one
