Love the gun! Fun and easy to shoot. Manageable recoil. If you've shot any 10mm before, it's the same recoil. Don't love the sight. Better ones could be put on for the same price as this package.

As always, springfield armory outclasses all tactical wepons makers. Guess thats why the us goverment uses there products. the xd-m elite coceal carry 10mm is a winner for me. I fits and feels great in my hand and is very easy to control. wth the hex dragonfly red dot optic you are from holster to target very fast. Shoot as well as it looks and feels.

Not sure if I like the red dot sight or not. Great price and shipped immediately. I'm only able to get 10 rounds squeezed into the magazines, but that's OK. Advertised as 11-rounds. Maybe they mean 10+1. Comes with three different size back straps so it should fit almost everyone's hand. This is my first dip into the 10mm pool and so far, so good!

Have not shot the gun yet #springfieldarmory included the wrong mounting bracket for the Hex optic and still waiting. Gun looks really nice just waiting to mount the red dot and shoot it. Springfield told me they would send me the bracket as soon as they get them in. I have been waiting for three weeks…

I got this to upgrade from a M&P Shield (the base model) because it is 7+1 or 8+1. It is really nice to have 14+1 in an EDC. The sights are really well made and easy to shoot from. Absolutely fantastic addition. Feels great in my hand and smooth trigger pull. The sights take a little to get use to. But once you do it’s smooth sailing. I went with the extended mags and it feels better (I have large hands).

The XDM Elite Compact 10mm is a sweet weapon. It’s looks and feels awesome in your hand. Super easy to chamber a round with little effort. This weapon shoots very well and is manageable to handle. The red dot sight is a major plus and is adjustable in brightness. Can easily get you on target in any light condition. The trigger has a crisp pull and is very responsive to the shooter. This weapon has become another favorite with my SA 1911 .45 ACP. I would recommend this weapon to any pistol loving American. Makes a great edition to any collection.
