1 year agoAmazing sidearm, this is a great low budget 1911 I love it and have no complaints. it has a strong spring that needs breaking in but its awesome, would recommend. Also this version has a rail even though the picture doesn't depict that.

1 year agoI would venture to say that the barrel is the best I've ever seen on any production gun and many custom 1911's. The slide to frame tolerances are absolutely on par with most custom guns, usually with .0010ths. Internally, where you usually see machining swirls marks, smooth as glass. I would rate it right up there with a Bill Davis combat cqb elite. Good glass rod trigger break at 4.5-5 lbs. Short take-up. Quick reset. It was good enough gun that I immediately bought an identical commander. Respect.

1 year agoMy first 1911. I can’t offer a comparison to others as I have to get out to the range. I did strip it down to inspect internals, look for burrs on the slide, clean & lube. Was pleased with what I saw. As a resident of Oregon I wanted to add a 1911 to my safe before Measure 114 went into affect. Thanks to Palmetto State Armory prioritizing orders to Oregon customers it arrived quickly to my FFL. Even with my CHL it took a week for background check to clear. Only reason for 4 stars was because I’ve yet to fire it.

1 year agoFantastically high quality for the price, personally didn’t like the stock grips so I changed them out. 100 rounds and no malfunctions. For a budget modern 1911 you really can’t go wrong.

1 year agoHad a rail and didn't have ugly lettering which alot of imports have. Looks very clean and it slides smooth. No complaints
