Taurus 1911 Full Size .45 ACP Pistol, Stainless – 1-191109

I have had a pair of these for years! The were accurate right out of the box. Dependable, I've shot a variety of ammo out of them and have never had a misfire. The stainless construction is indestructible -

Shot 1911s before, but this is the first one I purchased for myself. I'll have to take it out to the range to see how it performs though. The only thing I am not that keen on is the cheap plastic grips it comes with... I'll have to change those soon. As far as manufacturing, it's not made in the US. It's actually produced in Brazil (stamped on my gun), but nothing cheap looking after physical examination of the firearm. Fingers crossed at the range!!! ;)

As usual Grab a gun was fast with shipping and their prices excellent.Fit and finish for this 1911 are excellent. No looseness in the barrel or slide and there are no scratches or tool marks. The trigger has a small amount of creep but not a distraction. I fired 100 rounds through it on the first day without any kind of failure. The frame is forged and not a light weight but felt recoil is benefited by this. I have other more expensive 1911s but none better.

As pr usual, packaging and delivery were fast and efficient. The Taurus 1911 in Stainless steel is everything I hoped for. I have now been to the range and the gun is accurate right out of the box with < 2" groups at 25 yards. No failures of any kind after 150 rounds. fit and finish are perfect and all parts are tight and well machined. The trigger has a little creep but acceptable. I have other 1911s that are more expensive but none that shoot or look better.

It's a really nice weapon, not even considering the price. Couple that with the fact that it's priced so reasonably you can't go wrong!

Great buy for the money. Description was spot on, rating was about what I would have rated it as used firearm. Slide is a little looser than I personally like but I have seen, Smith &Wesson, Ruger and Colt 1911’s brand new that had the same looseness. I purchased this gun in 2020 and have put over 1,000 rounds through it with no problems what so ever. I've always wanted a 1911 since I was a kid and with the help of my uncle that is a retired Marine I picked this one out and couldn't be happier. It is worth every penny

I thought the website was too good to be true but it is in fact a reliable source. I received it within days from a FFL and I was not disappointed. Highly recommend.

Well made firearm. Best part was receiving it correctly. Previous shipments went to the wrong FFL and purchaser. Shipping management must have improved process.
