1 year agoI would have given this pistol 10 stars . Everything was perfect until I took apart and found the very poor quality cheap cast ambidextrous safety that Colt installed, and scratched both sides of the frame. Whoever decided to use this part on a 1300.00 pistol should be fired. Aside from this it is a great pistol after I replaced the with a wilson cmbat safety.

1 year agoA hiigh quality 1911 with just about everY feature a person could want, right out of the box. The fit and finish is second to none and the front strap checkering is awesome. The amount of features for the price is a great deal in my opinion. I know there are many reputable 1911 manUfacturers out there but Its got to be a colt for me.

1 year agoI received the item in a couple of days. I inspected the item while at the FFL Dealer. No play was detected between the slide and frame. The grip and thumb safeties worked and the slide locked into place on an empty magazine. This item has a beautiful finish.
