Well, it is a big deal when you have a fully machined steel frame 1911 in three configurations, with a carry optics option or a match option, that comes priced similar to the “big name” guy’s basic model. So, before you “buy a name” and pay too much, take a look at the EAA/Girsan 1911 line up and don’t forget, they have a limited lifetime warranty.

1 year agoI wanted a light weight small gun for concealed carry in a 1911 frame. I only carry .45 ACP and I mostly carry concealed. This gun fits the bill. It conceals OWB nicely even with a loose T-shirt. It doesn't feel bulky and I don't even notice it sitting in my trucks.
