- Magazine – includes (2) double stack, 10 round capacity magazines with finger extension base installed and 2 additional flat magazine bases
- Barrel – machined from bar stock with 7 lands and grooves having a 1:16 right-hand twist
- Receiver – 7075 T6 aircraft grade heat treated aluminum alloy, machined from bar stock
- Slide – quality stainless steel with natural stainless
- Grip/frame – made from Zytel polymer, with ergonomic finger grooves and an integral re-coil cushion on the back-strap
- Recoil spring system – all steel, fully encapsulated for ease of disassembly and reassembly
- Slide lock/release – steel with a Zytel over molded polymer extension for ease of operation
- 3-dot sight system – steel rear sight, adjustable for windage only with locking screw
- Hammer firing system – double-action only, internal hammer with inertial firing pin to prevent accidental discharge if dropped

1 year agoSo far no problems, but the first model did have some problems, I once had someone approached me asking for help with one without safety, an empty shell had lodged inside making it useless, it had to be taken to a gunsmith to remove the expanded empty shell form the chamber.

1 year agoI wanted my first firearm to be something special. After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with with something with an external safety and good size to conceal also, reliable. After watching videos, I decided on the SCCY CPX-1. After going through several classes and shooting it quite a few times now, I would definitely recommend.

1 year agoThe gun is good not as good as they rated it to be and your used gun are more costly than your new ones. I also was charge when purchase the gun that no other dealer that I have purchase on line charges.

1 year agoI love the feel of the hand gun, the slide is hard to slide back, the ammo jams when attempting to load into the barrel. Wish I had known this when I purchased, would not have purchased it.

1 year agoIt may not be correct to say it but it's a beautiful gun and I love it I just recently got it the shop it was sent to has a range I popped off almost 200 rounds not a single jam, I did order a cleaning kit from the manufacture and added a red dot sight just perfect I couldn't ask for anything better, I tore down and cleaned it was absolutely spotl...Read More Read more about review stating love it

1 year agoThis sccy cpx-2 is a very nice hand piece. Not to bulky, seems to handle very well. Haven't been to the gun range yet, but I look forward to giving it a good work out soon. Excellent price for the hand gun, and very good service from Guns.com. Check it out if you're interested.
