Carrying on with our popular Long Ranger series, if you’re a coyote-caller, an antelope chaser, or a hard-core elk hunter, now you can order a premium grade version in any of the three standard LR calibers, with special engraving that perfectly matches your favorite game hunts. Each of the three new Wildlife Long Ranger editions uses the basic package of 7 lb weight, 20 inches round barrel, checkered walnut, straight wrist, folding adjustable rear sight and 0.062 inches ivory bead front, transfer bar safety, solid rubber recoil pad, sling swivels, and detachable steel magazine, and adds a high-polish nickel plating to the drilled and tapped lightweight alloy receiver, under scroll engraving that frames 24K gold-inlaid depictions of each animal, on both receiver flats. The Wildlife Elk in .308 Winchester depicts a majestic bull elk in a mountain setting on its left, and a grazing pair on its right flat. Who else but Henry makes it so easy to tell which is which at a glance (especially if you have all three in the family), and how cool is that, the same high-grade hunter, in the same familiar configuration, covering a wide range of game sizes and hunts.

1 year agoI've owned many lever and bolt action rifles and the long ranger is by far the worst trigger. Gritty creep and heavy pull. Not a long range rifle with a trigger like that. Read the forums and you'll find many trying to polish and alter the trigger because it's a very heavy pull. As one described it, it's like pulling a brick. Sold mine a month aft...Read More Read more about review stating Worst trigger in production.

1 year agoUses available, [relatively] inexpensive ammo. Good iron sights and very accurate. Smooth lever action and great trigger. Good looking gun and made in USA

1 year agoTransaction went well, upon request guns.com added my preferred local FFL to their map. FU California received the Henry as promised. Being in Kalifornia we are made to wait an unconstitutional amount of time before being allowed to take possession... Blah.

1 year agoOnly got it yesterday so it's too soon to tell. Fit and finish are very good. I' looking forward to it based on all the reviews. The action is a little stiff, but I assume it will loosen up over time. Guns.com shipped fast and comms were good. A little pricey but you were the only place I could find it.
