The complete package is finally here, and it’s ready for anything nature can dish out. Our Apex Storm XP pairs a model 110 rifle with a 3-9x40mm Vortex Crossfire II scope that comes mounted, bore-sighted and ready to hunt. The platform provides accuracy and adjustability like no other package rifle thanks to the Savage AccuTrigger, thread-in headspacing, floating bolt head and button-rifled stainless steel barrel. Plus, its length-of-pull can be easily adjusted to fit any hunter for better comfort and consistency. The Crossfire II’s Dead-Hold BDC reticle makes it easy to place accurate shots at extended range, and the optic is securely mounted to a 1-piece EGW 0 MOA rail.

1 year agoThis is a nice solid weather resistant rifle. Seems to like either the 150 or 180 grain winchester rounds. nice tight groups @ 100 yards. The Vortex crossfire scope that comes with the rifle is very clear and accurate. This will be my new deer gun this fall.

1 year agoNothing super fancy but still a sharp looking piece. It took about 40 rounds fired and intermittant cleanings to get it "broken IN". Until then I could get a 4-5 inch grouping at 100 yards. Now I can put 3 bullets in a QUARTER at the same DISTANCE. Overall very pleased with my purchase would recommend to anyone looking for a compact deer gun. Recoil is very manageable but for you macho guys, don't WORRY, it'll still thump your shoulder a bit, especially in the 170-180 grain bullet RANGE. Now just waiting for gun season to OPEN!

1 year agoThis is a great gun. After pulling the scope and applying loctite to all the screws, leveling the scope, we had it dialed in quickly with whatever 350 ammo I could round up (Win 180 grainers). They hit the 4" steel at 100 yards every time and the gun cycled well. This gun still needs a good break in to slick up the action. We were able to shorten up the stock enough that my 8 year old could smoke his first deer this year.
