Haven't got to shoot it yet due to weather But I'm sure it's fine pistol, like all smith and Wesson products

The Performance Center model with the Vortex red dot sight is easily worth the extra money. I have shot the basic Victory model and it is a fine pistol. The Performance center model takes it to a significantly higher level and is much easier to shoot accurately. I am highly pleased with my pistol league scores since upgrading.

I have a matched pair of these, one configured the same as the static image, and the other configured with iron sights and with the compensator removed. This allows me to shoot two different classes with identical guns. The gun shoots amazingly well. trigger pull is light and crisp, as a target pistol should be. reliability is great, with no issues related to the gun. The only flaw, such as it is, is that the safety lever is far too easy to accidentally engage when you go into … Read More

This is the second one I purchased. The first one was the plain Victory model and this one is the Performance Center model. The Victory had to go back to the factory because of frequent jamming. It took almost 6 weeks to get it back. Excellent gun now. They replaced both the extractor and the ejector. This Performance model also jammed almost every other shot. I sent it back a couple of weeks ago. I should get it back in a month. Smith and Wesson need to do quality control on this model before it leaves the factory.

This gun had to be returned to Smith & Wesson. It continually jammed even after different weights/strengths of ammo were run through it. It as cleaned more than once and still jammed. I was very disappointed. I will say that so far Smith & Wesson have been great to work with.

Just purchased the Performance Center Victory.22 with fluted barrel and red dot scope on February 1, 2022. Took it to the range and could not even get 4 shots off before it jammed. Bought 4 different brands of shells and still had the same problems, jamming and stove piping. Called S&W and they paid for the return shipping. Wait time is 6-8 weeks. Currently waiting for repair.

My model is from the perform center, with the red dot. 3 problems. it likes 1200 fps ammo only. lighter will not cycle the slide all the way back, causing stove pipes. The safety at the aft part hits your hand when firing putting the gun in safe, trim fixed. The mag release cause the mag to release, if not carful. the Red dot is not installed when you receive it. two screws need to be removed to change the battery between the top and base. the Triger is good. take down for cleaning is only one screw.

You can’t beat the deal on this pistol! If you buy the standard version and buy all these parts for it you will have over $1k invested. Shoots great and super accurate and fun to shoot!

Was so happy that it arrived with the Vortex Red Dot instead of the Crimson Trace Red Dot. Had contacted Crimson Trace earlier about their Red Dot and was told that they weren't going to even put that particular model on their website. Was worried that all the Victorys with Vortex Red Dots had been sold but presto when the box was opened there was the Vortex.

The pistol is outstanding but the red dot site not so much, very hard to align and hard to use. Iron sites are great.

This is a Christmas present from my wife. I’m having to wait till Christmas!!! But I know I’m going to love it. My grandson has a S&W victory that we target shoot with all the time. The performance center gun is an upgrade we are looking forward to shooting it.

As expected performs to my needs . It’s a very efficient target 22 for the price. I’ve always had S&W brand firearms in my collection .

This is the fluted barrel, Vortex Viper (6moa), and has all the Performance Center upgrades. First off, the extra large mag release is great, except it isn’t. There is no way to form a proper two hand grip without releasing the mag which occurred about once every ten round magazine fired. I finally took the screw out and removed the button. While this left a hole the mag release is now usable. The plastic pic rail is really problematic. Polymer has a real bad quality in that it expands

This is a great target pistol. I bought it with the stainless steel, fluted barrel. If desired, the barrel can be replaced with a carbon fiber barrel. The Tandemkross items (grip, trigger & magazine ejector) are excellent. Another benefit of buying from Palmetto was the price was significantly less than another on line seller.
