1 year agoHad two Savage HC 110 6/5 PRC's I sent back after firing and the brass coming out with vertical striations on the cases. The 2nd rifle had horizontal striations on the cases. This means they didn't polish the chamber on either rifle (2 years apart). Neither gun would hold 2" @ 100 yards. They finally let me get out of the caliber and choose something else, so I chose this rifle, just in 6/5. The brass out of it has horizontal striations too. So, I'm done with Savage! 1 year agoAbsolutely love it, shoots smooth, we put a muzzle break on it and it practically feels like a .22. Very accurate right out of the box too. I highly recommend!

1 year agoI am giving this five stars because the rifle itself is exceptional. I had an issue with the stock. One of the screws to adjust the butt pad for length of pull wouldn’t tighten up. So be careful with those. Looks like I will have to purchase longer screws to get the length of pull where I want it. (I have long arms) It’s at 13 1/2 right now. Which is standard. It fit my buddy like a glove. The stock does feel very solid. Not cheap. I had it on target at 300 yards with four rounds fired. Very
