1 year agoThis is my fourth Model 41 and I am pleased to report it functions as reliably and accurately as my others, including my 1957 model. The PC model sports the integrated pic rail barrel for a lower optics mount and allows you to replace the front sight without milling off the original like the standard barrels. One little known fact is that all Model 41s produced by S&W come out of their Performance Center shop. One common criticism of S&W is that their bluing just isn't as dark as it used to be … Read More

1 year agoPretty much a race gun out of the box, more accurate than most shooters, very picky about what ammo it likes but will function with any high velocity or less (I use this for bullseye, 100% function is a must to avoid alibis) Norma match-22 1100fps. was the ticket out of ten different match ammo's I tried including CCI standard velocity. for a 1400 dollar performance center it needed a little stone work, sharp edges on safety, slide release, rear sight, profiling Smith should have Done. … Read More

1 year agoI have only taken the gun to the range twice, but what a sweet shooter. It is heavier than my other target .22s, but as a result it is also more stable. It also feels great in my hand. I highly recommend it for bullseye target competition.

1 year agoSo glad S&W is manufacturing the 41 again. It is the sweatest target / squirrel gun with fantastic barrel design that is integral part of the slide and has full precision fit for extream accuracy. Wow what a wonderfully built piece!

1 year agoI was so pumped to get one of these. Took it to the range and jamomatic! The most i could get was two rounds at a time. Tried four kinds of ammo all made by CCI without success. Also one mag was stuck in the mag well and trying to get it out the floor plate broke off!!! Back to Smith & Wesson ASAP
