2 years agoAfter reading several 4 and 5 star reviews I took a chance and purchased one... My family and I couldn't be happier. Absolutely one of our favorite range toys. Only have around 250 rounds through it so far, but NO jams, NO failure to feed, nothing but fun shooting... Thinking about getting the .45acp version now.

1 year agoI purchased this with a 9mm pistol. I really like the carbine, and it is a blast to shoot. My youngest son will use this rifle for hunting javelina. He really likes shooting it, and he is getting pretty accurate with it.

1 year agoThis is a nice gun for the price I shot a 100 rounds through it and had no issues. The sights are on point. The weight is slightly heavy, the length fits great in my 36 inch gun bag.

1 year agoThe carbine met my expectations. The sights align fast when getting ready to fire and the carbine has an all around good feel. The three magazine work well and provide ample rounds for whatever the ten round magazine give the carbine and easy to carry feature. Can't beat the carbine for the price and how it handles. If you don't have one, this is the one to purchase.

1 year agoRight out of the box I fired 200 rounds of mixed ammo and had no issues. My friend has one, and after I fired it, I ordered my own. The 20 round Red Ball mags worked fine as well.

1 year agoIt takes some getting used to. Short unadjustible stock, sights a bit awkward, at 100 ft only somewhat accurate, but then again it is a carbine. It’s kind of ugly too. After all that, it is fun to shoot, very little rise, a 9mm that feels like a 22. Fun for the price, for sure.

1 year agoThis thing is awesome. had it about a week before I could go shoot it. But once I did, look out!! The gun operated flawlessly, and took any kind of ammo that I would feed into it. No misfires, or fail to eject!!

1 year agoWasn't quite sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, looks and feels great. Wasn't as hard to disassemble and reassemble as some of the reviews I read. Added a 4-16×50 scope w/laser,haven't had a chance to do any long range shooting yet(over 25 yds.). but short range is perfect. Dialed in in minutes, lots of fun to shoot. Hard to put down. Try it, you'll like it!!!

1 year agoThis thing is a workhorse and shoots everything I feed it. It was fun to accessorize and customize. The 20 rd. mags work great. My only complaint is how heavy the gun is, takes getting used to but I've shot it in IDPA PCC competition with fine results.

1 year agoThis is a great accurate and reliable 9mm carbine and for how cheap it is its definitely worth it. Its a great ar type gun to get if u can't afford an ar 15 and 9mm ammo is much cheaper than 556

1 year agoFor the price, this is a great buy. Two times to the range and the weapon operated almost flawlessly. Getting the first round to seat takes a little practice, but no issue after that. A lot of fun to shoot and very little recoil. Highly recommend, this would be a greay first gun for those who want something more than a handgun.

1 year agoThe carbine is heavy enough to be rugged, but light enough to be easy to handle. The sights are easy to adjust and easy to sight through. I love the grip mounted magazines so much I ordered two more. My wife was set against my getting it until she saw it and now she wants it to be "her" weapon! No way! The fact that it can use any 9mm ammo is a definite plus.

1 year agoGreat pinking 9 mm, great home protection. Not an expensive tack driver BUT it's basic, easy to manufacture well, durable with accessory rails for lights and lasers. Just the SMG looks should deter aggression. Large controls make it easier for everyone to handle than a regular 9 mm handgun. You can't go wrong with this. If you have to use for protection: you are not having a $1200 gun confiscated, as is always done.

1 year agosome say it's ugly, some just hate hi-point. i will say, I have put several thousand rounds through it with minimal malfunctions. it can definitely be a beast to clean, but it is super fun to shoot.

1 year agoGood gun. 500 rounds through it 4 different types of amMo. Zero malfunctions. Very happy with purchase.

1 year agoI love this gun... The only problem is I go through ammo like nothing. It shoots flawless.. If you think it's ugly.. then you're probably ugly.. Love it!

1 year agoThe accuracy is unbelievable and very affordable. I took my son to try it out and he wants one to. My hat's off to Hi-point. Now I want a 10mm carbine..
