Easy takedown enables quick separation of the barrel from the action for ease of transportation and storage. Takedown is as simple as locking the bolt back and verifying that the rifle is unloaded, pushing a recessed lever, twisting the subassemblies and pulling them apart.
Simple reassembly allows for a secure connection of the barrel and action and returns the firearm to zero, even when receiver-mounted optics are used, ensuring consistent accuracy, shot after shot.
This legendary action is a tried and true Ruger design that ensures consistent, reliable performance.
Detachable 10-round rotary magazine features a unique rotor to separate cartridges and provide reliable feeding.
Combination scope base adapter for both Weaver-style and .22 tip-off scope mounts included.
Heat-stabilized, glass-filled, polymer trigger housing assembly is precision made of high-tech material for improved manufacturing tolerances, impact and abrasion-resistance and an unmatched ability to withstand the elements.
I ordered this camo model with the bronze finish barrel just because it was different and nice looking. 3 years ago my wife bought a synthetic stock Ruger 10/22, not the T/D model. and it has become our favorite plinkster. Even prefer it over my Henry. The takedown model is just “COOL”
Some people preferred the Magpul stock because when in takedown the two pieces clip together and don’t need a case. You can carry in your backpack, so I was told. I went for looks and opted for this cammo non

Guns.com stated condition "Good." I'd say "Very Good" to "Excellent." Looks like it was test fired at the factory, and that's it. Came with the carrying case, manuals, lock, and even a decal. The included 25 round mag showed no signs of use. I'm impressed.

Best gun purchase I've made. They had inventory on the gun I wanted at a fair price with quick secure shipping. Sent me a tracking number quickly and had my gun "out the door" the same day of purchase.

I purchased this rifle brand new, as a gift for my daughter. The safety button does not push in all the way. You can still see parts of the red. The chamber has rusty oil in it. The finish on the stock is worn out in certain areas and contains scratches. The magazine in came with gets stuck and is very difficult to load compared to the spare Ruger...Read More

As always, a nice gun from Ruger with a great Stock from Magpul and 5 magazines to boot...! Also, an alternative cheekpiece for use with a scope and scope mount included, too...!

The Ruger 10/22 is the quintessential rifle in my mind. I had a basic model for many years and I just picked up a used Takedown model from Guns.com. It arrived in pretty much new condition with a lot of bonus accessories which is great. I saved a bunch of cash. I love being able to pack this rifle on my motorcycle for overnight trips. Loving it.

After owning two regular 10/22s (both about 45 y.o.) - I bought the PC Carbine in 9mm - The trigger assembly was copied from the 10/22 - AND it was a take-down - I loved the "take-down" so much I had to buy another 10/22 - a "take-down".
Same accuracy and functionality of the "long" gun with the ability to take-down for easy storage and packin...Read More
