Tikka T3x Lite Compact .308 Win Bolt Action Rifle, Black – JRTXE316C

Great compact rifle very reliable.Right out of the box. The 308 is the way to go. Love the action of bolt and trigger no adjustment needed. First hunt in south Texas took down a 250 lb. Axis buck.VERY HAPPY DAY.

I bought this a few months ago and glad I did! I’m petite framed and can’t carry a lot of weight. The barrel is also on the shorter side contributing to its light weight. Bought this for hunting and am loving practicing with it!

Put a scope on it, laxer bore sighted it at 24 feet, then at 9 yards (from living room to tree in backyard,) then at 66 yards (roof of shed), then 133 yards (stomp in neighbors backyard). Now need to take it to a range before season opener in 2 weeks :-)

I love this rifle! I'm 5'2" and it does "fit me like a glove"!!! I haven't even shot or mounted my optics... and I love it! Ergonomics are the best I've ever felt. Fit and function.. beautiful! I cannot wait to be firing this thing! B.C.

I wanted a compact , lightweight 308 and I’m glad I went with the Tikka . This is a very accurate rifle !

Tikka t3x lite compact in .308. New in box. 3-9 scope added and bore sighted. First 3 shots 6" low all covered by 50 cent piece. Raised scope. Next 6 shots all touching bulls at 50 yards. Moved to 100 yards 3 shot group again covered by 50 cent piece. Tack driving machine. Dont question it. Just buy it. Best shooting weapon out of box I've ever owned in 40 years of hunting. The compact fits like a glove, amazing.

I recently bought this rifle to hunt whitetail deer in the midwest. I wanted a rifle that is light and handy, but I didn't want to spend $1,000 or more on a Kimber or Barret Fieldcraft. When I bought the Tikka, I had the barrel cut down to 16.5 inches and threaded for my Omega suppressor. All set up with the Omega, Zeiss Conquest, Picatinny Rail and scope rings, the rifle weighs just under 8lbs. This lightweight set-up still produces under 1 inch groups with 150 gr Hornady American Whitetail and the 125 gr SST's. If you are looking for a light handy rifle, then I would highly recommend the T3x Compact Lite.

The Tikka T3x compact is a great little gun, perfect for youth shooters or anyone w a smaller frame or shorter reach. The 308 needs no introduction, while the included stock spacer fit perfect adding the extra 11/2 " I needed. The result is a very nice, lightweight hunting package. The lack of a threaded muzzle lead me to my local gunsmith where for under $200 he threaded and added a brake ( 1/2"x 28 & works great ) Factory ammo at 200 yards printed right at 2" on my best group ( old eyes ) … Read More

The action on this rifle is incredibly smooth. Really a fun rifle to shoot and handle at a great price.
