1 year agoI got this rifle in 308 win over a 700 because the mag (i hate the 700 feeding) but I found my tikka very heavy and difficult to keep on target ,the plastic magazine give a cheap feeling to this classic looking rifle and so far I have been unable to find another one .Accuracy is just okay but not better than the 700,and even with the soft pad in the stock this rifle kicks like a mad mule ,

1 year agoFANTASTIC RIFLE! Well made and extremely accurate. After over 200 rounds of over the counter 130 grain in .270, this rifle is averaging 0.71 with a three shot group. Very little recoil and no heavier than the same rifle with a synthetic stock. My wife is 125 lbs. and says it has about the same recoil as a .243.

1 year agoVery Accurate. Was shooting with an x-bolt in .308 and prefer the Tikka. Great quality. Took size large scope mounts for the 50mm scope.

1 year agoJust picked up the t3x chambered in .270 Win with the synthetic stock. Topped it with a 4-12/40 Vortex diamondback scope. Fantastic set-up, had it pounding out 1" groupings at 100yards and 1.5" at 200yards in no time. Kicks pretty hard, but it's manageable. Highly recommend this set up.

1 year agoI purchased my tikka 3 years ago. This item and company had many good reviews. Sad to say the rifle quality was a let down. This rifle was only taken out a total of 15 times, less then 45 rounds out of it. This rifle was never dropped or mistreated. One day well hunting my scope hit a rock (not damaging my scope) the rifle broke in two. Non warranty fix, will not purchase this brand anymore.

1 year agoDoes it come with scope rings ? The rifle looks and handles very well. I believe it will bevery accurate. Sako is known the world over for very fine rifles

1 year agoSuper smooth action right from the factory. Only thing I do not like is the plastic mag and plastic trigger guard. I’m sure it is to reduce weight but that’s just me!

1 year agoOrdered this rifle online and was able to pick up at local store 3 days later. Rifle is a beautiful piece of art. Took into my local gun dealer and got my scope and accessories mounted. Can’t wait to take it to the range now!
