SCCY CPX-3 .380 ACP 2.96u201d Pistol, Two Tone – CPX-3-TT

I previously purchased a SCCY CPX 2 and w have been very satisfied. I have been waiting for the 380 cal to be in production ever since it was announced. I am happy with the build quality and features. It fits my hand well and is as accurate as I expected. No issues of any kind with the limited amount of time I have spent at the range with it.

I love the size and shape of the gun. The mags were dirty and caused some failure to feed and eject. I polished the feed ramp and the mG followers and no more problems.

I like SCCY pistols and I'm not ashamed to admit it. This pistol is a very soft shooter, easy to rack and is accurate. The three dot contrast sight is easy to see. There are smaller .380 pistols but not many with ten round magazines. The build quality far surpasses the price. You get a well built pistol that is easy to manipulate and keep on target. I've been following reviews on SCCY pistols for a couple of years so when I saw that SCCY had introduced a new 380 ACP CPX 3 pistol I checked it out. The pistol features a new barrel lockup design called The Roebuck 4 point lockup. The lock up works great. Slide design has been squared off and is an improvement over the CPX 1&2. Beyond my wildest expectations. Fired factory ammo and three different handloads without a failure to feed, fire or eject. Even with a random mix in any of the THREE magazines it includes! The 10+1 capacity moves this into a totally different class than the more standard 6+1 380 acp's. At 7 yards I fired at the upper chest (neck) on a standard silhouette target which puts the shots into the chest/bullseye area. Fits two different pocket holsters I already have. Fantastic value and reliable performance with a lifetime factory warranty. 10 STARS!!

This is a fantastic pistol for the price! Being double action only, the trigger pull is significantly different than all of my other carry pistols, however, I think once Past break-in and my own learning curve, it should become easier to shoot. I've already got 150 rounds through it with zero failures of any kind. There is a tiny bit of powder burn through the rear of the slide, but it is negligible. Great little gun. WOULD have given it 5 stars but too often the brass is ejected STRAIGHT back at the shooter.

BEST SCCY CPX FIREARM MADE(ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SMALL HANDS)!!! FIRED 90 ROUNDS AT FIRST SHOOTING AND ALL ROUNDS FIT INSIDE THE PALM; ZERO FTF OR FTE!!! THE FLAT BASE MAGAZINES DID/DOES HAVE AND ISSUE WITH GETTING ALL 10 ROUNDS LOADED INTO THEM, BUT I IMAGINE THAT AFTER MORE SHOOTING, THEY WILL RELAX A BIT. THE RECOIL IS MINIMAL AS THIS ALLOWS YOU TO GET THE FRONT SIGHT BACK ON TARGET IMMEDIATELY AND THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH THE TYPE OF AMMO USED AS I FIRED WINCHESTER AND REMINGTON!!!

Sweet little pistol. Very little recoil. extremely smooth d/a trigger. Nice to have windage adjustment; but be sure you "glue" it down after you finish adjusting. The sight likes to wiggle free and fall off otherwise! Having 3 magazines is a bonus and the $25 rebate covered a tank of gas to go to the range.

Made in USA , great price, easy slide, low recoil, 3 mags, smooth long trigger, nice shooting, great customer service and warranty, doEs nOt like hornady critical defenSe for sOme reason all other ammo tried worked well, if not gripped properly and firmly some casings eject back toward you

My Sccy 380 is everything I expected it to be and more! Sights were dead on out of the box! Easy load aNd no jams!!!

Feels great in the hand, doesn't have much of a kick, and I love the capacity. The three dot sights are easy to pick up in lower light, and I got used to the double action trigger pull after around going through the second magazine. all in all, a nice little gun.

Have run 100 rounds through with No issue. Very smooth. Comes with 3 total mags which is nice. Looking forward to running jhp’s through next time. Being dao, trigger just took a few pulls to get used to but nice and consistent. Really happy with this addition.

I have several SCCY handguns and feel that they are a great value. I prefer the models without the safety and don't think it is necessary because of the double action mechanism. have them in both 380 acp and 9mm.
