2 years agoI really like this gun but handle is abit small for my man hands. Still a nice gun just wish I had smaller hands or larger grips

2 years agoTook it to the range and ran 100+ rounds through it, 357 and 38 Special. Didn't have any +P so can't comment on those. First 30 were from a pistol rest I brought. At 25 and 50 feet the groups were 3/4 to 1.25", sandbagged. A serious tack driver. I upgraded the grip to contoured Pau Ferro wood and the grip is a bit larger than stock, which improves my confidence with this weapon. Might not yours but it did mine. Standing freehand my groups were 2.25" at 50 feet and it was EASY to do. … Read More

2 years agoFirst off...Grab a Gun was fantastic in order placement and shipped to my FFL very quick. Not an issue with Grab a Gun. They are great. Now for the disenchantment with Gun. I would give this revolver 5 stars but the first time out at the range I realized that it didn't live up to the Ruger website description and hype of this gun. My first few shots and I felt like an absolute beginner. I had difficulty in hitting a 3" target at 10 yards then 7 yards and then even 5 yards. I examine … Read More

2 years agoI purchased the Ruger SP101 stainless steel .357 from Grab A Gun. I was very impressed with the service I received from Grab A Gun and was extremely pleased with the pistol itself. It arrived within 3 or 4 business days as promised. I have fired about 200 rounds through this pistol in .38 and .357 and it has performed flawlessly. I highly recommend Grab A Gun and will continue to do business with them. It was an all round excellent experience. Thanks to the folks at Grab A Gun !!!

1 year agoI got a GREAT price on this Gun and now have 200 rounds through it. Shoots very nicely. I have purchased many through Grab a Gun and will be a continued customer. This Ruger has a super smooth action, beautiful finish and I regard it as high quality Revolver!

1 year agoGrab-A-Gun had this SP101 MC cheaper than anybody. Shoots nice, smoooth and straight. Feels small for a .357 mag, which is great when packing it around.

1 year agoThis is a nice looking gun. It has very good sights compared to the regular SP101. It's too lightweight to enjoy shooting with 357 Magnum rounds. Wish I would have gotten a GP100.

1 year agoVery pleased with this 4” model I have been looking for an accurate 357 In a light(er) package. This SP101 met both my performance “wants” and my aesthetic “wants”: - target/competition action - target sights with fiber optic front - 4 inch barrel, wood grips & full lug - stainless but small frame to keep weight down

1 year agoI received this beautiful revolver within one week of ordering. Grab-a-gun had it in stock at the lowest price I could find it. I have a 100 Match Champion and wanted this one for my collection. Fit, finish, and function are superb and kudos to Grab-a-gun for their great service, as well as, the expeditious manner in handling my purchase.

1 year agoThis Ruger SP101 Match Champion to me is made for specific needs. Generally not a concealed and carry weapon with its 4.2 inch barrel. But the trigger and sights to me are very good for competition shooting and not to heavy to shoot for prolong periods of time at the range or at a match. The 357 mag rounds will snap back at you no issues with 38 special rounds.

1 year agoI seen a Ruger SP101 online sharp-looking gun on grab a gun I bought it without no hassle they sent it and I received the pistol faster than I i expected

1 year agoI bought this for my own fun but also to train new shooters. With .38 Specials it is very soft shooter, slows them down to learn trigger control and aiming skills, and they get the feel of shooting a 'real' pistol. It's also plenty accurate and it's just a fun shooter.

1 year agoI purchased this from Grab a Gun a few weeks back and it felt great from the first shot! I've now put about 300 rounds through it and not a single issue. It's accurate, comfortable and easy to shoot. The trigger pull is not too heavy and I've fired all my shots in double action. I switched out the grips to the Hogue rubber handle, those feel like a dream. 38 specials are smooth through this and 357 Magnums are very manageable -- given the size of barrel, weight of the gun and the new grips, … Read More

1 year agoAt just under 30oz this might be the perfect woods gun. I love everything about it but the trigger, which is just too heavy in DA. Smooth, but heavy.

1 year agoThis is a very good handgun. However, the hammer spring is to stout. And a small short hammer lever makes it harder to pull hammer back, which could be dangerous.

1 year agoWhat a great little gun... Just made one change, added some Hogue grips so it fit my hand better. love, love, love this revolver!

1 year agoBest looking gun....great sights. I regret trading it in a weak moment. Want another one but cannot find one at the present.

1 year agoSmall frame is a perfect fit for most women's hands. Comfortable, easy to handle, easy to shoot, with the dependability of a revolver for reliable protection. Highly recommend for anyone, but especially women.
