2 years agoGreat weapon system! I have had and shot most weapon systems. For the money this a great buy. I thinks it’s actually under priced. Beretta is one, if not the oldest weapon companies. The APX zero series was a great gun to have too. The updates Beretta has made to the A1 based on customer recommendations is awesome!!!!! It’s great to see a company like Beretta still listening to the customers. I train LEOs and show them this Beretta and they love how it shoots and feels. Some ask why didn’t we consider this for our change over?? It’s true people don’t consider beretta. I am in no way indorse or sponsored by Beretta. I’ll keep this system and continue to endorse Beretta. I’ll keep an eye out for and purchase more of Beretta products. They have wine me over for sure

2 years agoGun shoots great and feels great in the hand. You can not find a better deal on a modular striker fired hand gun. Under 500 for this is a steal.

2 years agoI have an APX carry and have been wanting the full size for a while. Purchased this last week and couldn’t be happier! Shot over 150 rounds with no issues. Gun is really easy to keep on target when firing quickly, and feels great in the hand. Highly recommend!

1 year agoThis is a solid brand rep 9mm. The features of this semi auto 9mm hold up to many much higher priced. Cabelas/Bass Pro offering for 399.00 then a 50.00 rebate from Beretta is a value beyong so many. I am so glad i made this my first 9mm...

1 year agoAfter dealing with a awful Turkish handgun(FXS-9) I wanted something with a ton of reliability behind it. I'm glad to say that Beretta APXA1 feels really good in the hand and is very nice shooter. Gone through 450 rounds. Not a single problem. Very happy with the feel of the gun.

1 year agoBought online and on sale, picked up in store. Beretta $50 rebate was a good incentive to buy. Pistol feels solid. Looking forward to some range time.

1 year agoI had to return gun for repair after shooting 8 rounds. Bass Pro sent it back to Beretta. Beretta has had the gun going 9 months “waiting for parts”. I have called and email Beretta countless times and get the same answer. Bass Pro has promised to follow up many times with them and me afterwards but has not.

1 year agoSuper solid. Very low recoil and put 150 rounds through it without even the initial cleaning and no hang ups. Very reliable and well made. Definitely one of the best guns at that price point.

1 year agoThe APX A1 Full Size is a decent, budget 9mm similar to a lower end Glock. Its hard to beat for the price. Decent trigger pull, reliable action, and seems accurate. The takedown method is rediculously hard. I thought it was just me until I checked the number of videos on YouTube attempting to provide instructions. Completely ignore Beretta's instructions where you have to poke a pin into a tiny whole while trying to hold back the slide one handed. You don't have to do that. Here is what works... 1. Drop the magazine 2. Pull back the slide and inspect the chamber for a live round 3. Release the slide lock and let it close 4. Pull the trigger 5. With your left hand gripping the top rear of the slide, position your thumb under the beaver tail and squeeze so that the slide moves back 1/8 of an inch - hold it there 6. With your right hand push the putton on the right side attached to the take down lever all the way in. The button is really stiff, push as hard as you can until it is fully depressed and wiggle the slide slightly forward and back if it does not push in. I use the bone of my thumb. 7. Once the button is fully depressed rotate the take down lever 90 degrees until its pointing straight down 8. Hold the lever in that position and squeeze your left hand and pull the slide back another 1/8" inch. 9. Now push the slide forward firmly and it will (hopefully) after a brief resistance come off.

1 year agoAwesome gun for the price, I have large hands and the different back strapes that come with it are great. I changed medium out to the large one, it's really nice in my hand. I'm gun is very easy to use and breakdown took a little bit getting used to but once it's broken in, it's really easy too.Mags come out real easy and none of them have gotten stuck so far.

1 year agoBeretta APX full size is a great gun for the novice shooter. There's not too much recoil and the additional grips provided make it easy to be able to handle the weapon better.

1 year agoThis is an amazing handgun. Great trigger out of the box gets even better when broken in a bit, awesome reset. Accurate, great sights (blacked out rear, glow in the dark tritium front sight). No malfunctions. Superb grip texture and shape, replaceable back straps and frame is also a nice bonus. Nice weight. As of writing I have about 300 rounds through most of which is 115 grain CCI Blazer brass FMJ. However I have also tested my preferred carry ammo, Winchester Silvertip 115 grain JHP. Groupings are on the money with both ammunition types and no noticeable change in point of impact shooting from 15 yards using irons. If you’re looking at this gun it’s a great option I’d highly recommend, seriously punches above its weight.

1 year agoOverall a great gun! Balance is great, smooth action, takedown is much easier than advertised. My only complaint is that the rear sights can make for a tendency to shoot slightly off target when emptying a clip. Easily fixed with an optic though!

1 year agoHas a great fill and nice price for quality build. Plus its optics ready and 3 different back straps to fit your grip.

1 year agoI absolutely love this gun. I have been wanting a Beretta for quite some time now and I am glad that I finally pulled the trigger to get one. Not only the great price, including a rebate, but the overall look, feel, and performance is top knotch. Not only did my purchase include the gun, it also came with two 17 round mags, a speed loader, cleaning tool, trigger lock, 3 size grips (S,M,& L), and a hard shell case. How could you go wrong for the price... There is no wonder that Beretta has been in business close to 500 years. They definitely have a fan for life. Simply outstanding!!!

1 year agoExtremely accurate, ergonomic, and reliable, the apx a1 series is a pleasure to shoot. Given that beretta is giving a 100$ rebate until December 2023 for full size apx a1 pistols, this gun can come out to 300$ for one of the best SF pistols on the market right now.
