Sig M400 Tread Snakebite SE 5.56/.223, 16" Barrel, M-LOK, Black, 30rd

I asked a simple question and you gave a non answer and told me to call a convenient time for your customer service dept. This is not helpful. I contacted you in a way that was convenient to me because that is what I could do. As far as will I recommend Sig to a friend, we will se how you answer my question.

It’s accurate but the last two times I took it to the range it tried to double feed at least once each time.

Love the rifle. It performed really well after a thorough pre-range clean and de-greasing. Handguard gets real hot real quick however, even under normal deliberate rates of fire. Boresighted the Romeo 5 in a few mins and will do the same with my Sig LPVO. Nice gun, accurate and reliable.

I'm a military veteran and have shot a few AR-15's in my day this SIGM400 is by far the most reliable & accurate AR-15 rifle I've ever shot. I would Highly recommend this Rifle to newbies and seasoned veterans. Go Navy !

I am new to the AR world. I knew I wanted something of quality but at the same time did not want to have to be upgrading things later. Also a warranty matter to me. I took the rifle to the range for the first time the other day. The rifle did great. I put a brand new Romeo five on it. If you’re looking for something a little bit better than entry-level I do recommend the rifle. Only negative I can think of was that the compensator was scratched. When looking at the other new rifles all of the rifles were scratched where the compensators were put on.

Bought my Snakebite SE a few weeks ago and put 140 rounds through it, no problems at all, I was a little worried since it has a carbine length gas system rather than mid length like I'm used to. But it actually shot pretty smooth and the carbine length gas system will make it more reliable to keep running. Be prepared for people to walk up and talk about the rifle quite a bit, as I had a gun store employee ask how much I would sell it for, along with a few other people wanting to check the rifle out and ask where I got it from, price, etc.. It's quite an eye catcher!

Great for a person that wants a ready to use AR with some great reliable and I’m sure tested upgrades already put on. Shoots great. Just put a Juliet 3 micro on to pair up with my Romeo 5 red dot as well. Looking forward to testing it out. Only thing I did notice were a few scratches on the flash reducer. Seems to be same on all new models.

This is my first AR I have ever bought. I was looking for something that would be the complete package with a good reputation, but without breaking the bank or being too cheap. If you're looking for an entry to mid-level AR that already comes with upgraded components from a reputable manufacturer, this is it. The only complaint that I have is that it does not have a continuous top rail. Aside from that it is “chef’s kiss”.

Excellent firearms, never any jams or failures, great price, great optics. I was looking to have a good range of different options for night, distance, and long range. That's why I chose the the M400 pistol for night, the Cross 308 with the Whiskey 3 scope, and for a battle rifle the Snakebite SE with the Romeo 5 red dot. This firearm is very reliable. 500 plus rounds shot so far and no malfunctions of any kind. Future updates will include green dot.

Nice crispy trigger, very accurate, well made, easy to shoot. I added a aim point, folding stock adapter, sling, 45deg spare sights, removable light. Great gun, looks amazing, and easily modified. Set up with intentions of coyote hunting. Haven’t hunted with it yet, but 500rds in thing is 2in spread at 250yds. Love it so far.

No complain! It’s excellent designed! I alway put it next to my seat every time I have dinner at home !

Good rifle for the price. Trigger is fantastic, flash hider/brake works pretty well, and the cerakoate looks good. And it’s been accurate and precise so far, though I haven’t taken it out super far yet. It only has one QD point, right below the buffer tube, and the hand guard gets very hot very quickly, but those are my only real complaints.
