The most sought-after bullets among competitors on the Precision Rifle Series are now loaded into the industry’s most trusted factory rifle ammunition. New Gold Medal Berger in 6.5 Grendel features the New Berger Hybrid OTM bullet, which is optimized for use in loaded ammo with COAL constraints for magazine feeding. The combination of the hybrid ogive design and 7 degree Boat Tail produce increased muzzle velocity due to lower drag and higher sectional density. To get the most performance out of the bullet designs, these new loads use Gold Medal match primers, Federal brass and specially formulated propellant, and they adhere to Federal Premium’s strictest specifications for accuracy, pressure and velocity.

1 year agoShooting in a "Alexander Arms upper at 100 yards, all shoots were 2 inches to the right and about every third round would stove pipe. I think there is a problem with the extractor groove or my buffer and spring is to strong. I have shot all kinds of commercial ammo in this upper and not had any problems. I have never shot any weighing 130 grains previously.

1 year agoThis ammo very accurate and performs exceptionally well out of a 18 inch barrel. Its more accurate than Hornady ammo and the high ballistic coefficient gives it exceptional wind drift performance at longer distances.

1 year agoThis ammo is very good on Deer. I've take one angling away from me in the right shoulder @ 80yds down in 30 yards. The round blow the shoulder loose from the body made a mess of that parts it hit, but it did its job. 100 yards tight groups. 200 yards on a com day is still in question 1st round low L, 2nd low R, 3rd dead center. Box says 2400 fps, chronograph reads 7 shoots 2,305-2,306-2,285-2,306-2,305-2,419-2,323 AVG 2,321.29 STD DEV. 44.7. Out of a 20" 1/8 twist heavy barrel. This ammo
