Great plinking rifle overall. No complaints except I wish I were able to swap out the buttstock. I was not aware that couldn't be changed until bringing it home. That's on me. Otherwise it's great.

Awesome little rifle! It's not picky with ammo. My son and I already ran 1100 rounds through it with no issues! It's a great starter rifle. I highly recommend it.

Well worth the $ put a good 700 rounds out of it with only a few issues but im going to blame ammo ... Good target rifle

At $321.98 delivered to my FFL dealer....it was simply a deal I couldn't pass up! This is a great intro rifle to young and new shooters who wish to learn the workings of centerfire AR-15's down the road. I tip my hat to S&W for building a quality firearm at a reasonable price. Great rifle for plinking and introducing new shooters to semi auto rifles. Fun gun to shoot in CA as rimfire rifles do not have the same restrictions as centerfire ARs. Grabagun experience was excellent as always.

Over the last couple weeks I've fired several thousand rounds through this rifle -- no regrets so far. It functions exactly like an AR-15, uses similar interchangable parts so it's great for testing mods, and ammo is 3 pennies a shot instead of 35 pennies for 5.56. Considering the price, however, you might be better off getting a conversion kit to shoot 22lr if you already have a fully functioning AR-15.

Great shooter, very accurate, light weight until you load it down WITH a flashlight, scope, a forearm handle, bipod, cheek riser, scope riser, a good sling, a 5.5 inch steel muzzle break, a large capacity magazine, and 45° DEGREe flip up sights. I love this rifle and shoot it every chance I get! I recommend it 100% and would buy it again!

It's a lot of fun to shoot. There are probably better options or better price points, but I wanted this gun for quality, efficiency, and pure joy of shooting.. and it lives up to the bill for me.

Purchased this rifle about a year ago and it eats whatever ammo I put through it. There is absolutely no recoil to speak of, which makes it perfect for younger and timid shooters. This is a fun way to have a fun day at the range without breaking the bank on ammo cost. My only complaint is that the rifle is mostly plastic, it won’t handle a lot of abuse.

Nice and well built product for s&w...no issue at all on cheap ammo...recomended for everybody who wants to practice on ar platform...my daughter loves it....

I purchased the gun to shoot. able to carry it just fine. The gun looked good. Just need to take it to the range and try it out.

Nice rifle, the price was also nice. Ammo is cheap and not hard to find. Added a few upgrades and I love this rifle.

No regrets. Must buy. I wish California allowed standard magazines or it came with more than 1 10 round magazine.

I waited many months for this AR 15-22 to get back into stock. First day out put about 300 rds thru her. Put an optic on her and shot perfectly all day. The only complaint I have is after shooting on the first day, I broke the gun down and cleaned accordingly. The exposed 7" of the barrel had what I thought was gunpowder residue on it as it was grey. It turned out the finish came off with a wipe of oil and a rag. Spoke to Smith & Wesson (they were great by the way) and they explained the heat treatment etc....I simply repainted that portion of the barrel and all is good.

An absolute blast at the range. Being .22lr, you get much more range time than the larger calibers. Looks great and easily upgraded with AR accessories.

No firing issues after the first 500 rounds. Used a mix of CCI AR Tactical, CCI Standard, Remington bulk pack, and CCI Stingers. It is so much fun to shoot! My only complaint is the wobbly stock, it was really annoying. It's an easy fix with velcro, but I opted for a better stock which also fixed the issue.

Great gun. No jams yet. Palmetto made it available during Covid/ election without harsh price gouge like everybody else. Thanks.
