Excellent Training rifle. Am using this to teach my teenage children to shoot properly. Works well. CYcles smooth.

I THINK SMITH AND WESSON HAS DONE A GREAT JOB FOR THIS AFFORDABLE M&P 15-22. IT'S DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY PROBLEMS BEING A .22 CAL CONSIDERING .22 CAL'S ARE PRETTY DIRTY AND TEND TO JAM. BUT SO FAR NOT THIS GUY. AND IT SEEMS TO BE AMMO FRIENDLY. BUT I PREFER CCI OR FEDERAL, FINNOCI , IN THE BRASS SHELLS. LOT LESS LEAD DEPOSITS AND YOUR ARE BREATHING IN AS MUCH IN LEAD.

I love shooting this thing. However, you got to be very careful with the type of ammo. Shells get stuck every now and then, but that expected on a .22.

It is very light weight. super fun to shoot, and very accurate. I put a short 4x scope on it, and its a perfect plinker! my grandaughters have a blast with it!

You cannot find a more fun nor reliable and accurate .22lr semi auto rifle......man oh man what a blast!

love this gun, and so does my wife. she had no issues adjusting stock to fit, holding it steady, aiming with stock Magpul sites, and trigger squeeze. with almost no recoil, she loved plinking for a couple of hours with me. great confidence builder! solid-built, quality rifle. very accurate! ran about 300 rounds through it with only a couple jams, likely the fault of the bulk .22 shells i took along, because once I ran clean ccI stingers thru it, no jams whatsoever. Added a sig Romeo5 red dot which mounted super easy, and will take out dial that site in soon! can't wait.

Love it, first ar I have owned and it's awesome. I've fired maybe 200 rounds and haven't had any issues. Would recommend for anybody.

Had to replace extractor with a volquartson after fte And bolt fails to lock open PERIODICALLY.Will be Replacing Parts to fix that ALSO.Fun gun at the range and the best choice in 22lr for the Ar platform with the exception of the much more expensive m4 tippman

Delivered all I expected. Hostile look but the shot has little recall. Easy for my wife and grandson to use. It is overpriced by the maker but in these days of unrest that's to be expected. It is the perfect home DEFENSE weapon.

So far seems like a great rifle. MIne has been converted to a fixed 10 round mag because of NY’s wacky gun laws hence the picture of it “broken” to load the MAGAZINE from the top.

This is a really fun little rifle. Highly RECOMMENDED for any shooter. I have two of them and and really enjoy customizing one while turning the other into an accurate plinker. Cheap to shoot- get one!!!!

INCREDIBLE 22LR. Very VERSATILE. Light Accurate deadly. Never underestimate a 22. These are a TREMENDOUS value. Very customizable platform. Out to 100 yards this does everything i need a rifle to do 99 percent of the time amd it does it cheaper quiter and more often. You can reach out to 200 but thats pushing it and 100 yards in in is the wheel house where this gun shines. It qUickly Becomes everyones favorite Gun. Best part everyone in the family loves these and shoots them extremely well.

The M&P 15-22 is super light and a great gun for target practice and plinking. After going threw about 250 rounds it only jammed once’s. But I still plan on upgrading the plunger and spring. And they is a lot of upgrades and accessories for this rifle as well. Definitely a fun beginners 22 AR rifle.
