Smith and Wesson M&P9 Shield Plus Performance Center 9mm 4" Barrel 13-Rounds No Thumb Safety

This is my fourth Shield. I have an original 3inch, a Shield .380 EZ, a Shield Plus 3 inch and now the PC Shield Plus 9mm 4 inch. The PC Shield Plus 4 inch has become my favorite so far. Great sights and trigger. All I need now is a new holster and it will become my new edc. Don't be afraid about ordering from Brownells, the process is easy and shipping is very fast.

Just got back from the range. Great accuracy, love the sights. Big difference from the Rugers I got back in the day. Lighter, better trigger pull. I'm happy.

Self protection use. Beautiful trigger , better than Hellcat or Sig P365. We compared those different brands and just our thoughts . We are not experts . I have the Smith and Wesson Shield 2.0 Plus in 3 inch barrel which prompted me to acquire this 4 inch PC . Great shooter , very happy purchase . You won't be disappointed.

Conceals very well with alien gear 2.5. Very lightweight even with extra rounds compared to alot if compacts ive carried in the past. Very accurate and love the trigger. Highly recommend.

I love this gun! Its very accurate with little recoil. The fiber optic sights really pop and i love the trigger and the way it fits in my hand. Great Ccw.

This model is a vast improvement over it's predecessor. The grip feel, the extra capacity, the improved trigger pull are definite pluses.

This is not optic ready, but I sent the slide out to be milled to accept the Holosun HS507K Red Dot. The Crimson Trace equipped Shield Plus is $300 more and not worth the cost considering the CT is not very good quality. Haven’t shot it yet, but just got 1K rounds of range ammo today and will put it through its paces when I get the slide back.

Love this pistol. I have large hands, but wanted a EDC that was compact and didn’t print too much. The grip texture on this pistol combined with the shape of the handle feels great. Smooth and tight action. The 13 round mag has the slightest 1/32” gap where it meets the handle. Not a deal killer for me. The fiber optic sights show up well in bright to low light conditions and really well at night with a flashlight in support (my preference over night sights for clear target identification). The

It’s easy to operate with very little recoil. The sights are amazing. The gun fits in my hand very comfortably.

The shield plus performance is a great upgrade from the original shield, but no matter what the shield is a great gun. You can't go wrong with the shield for self protection in my opinion. I traded my Shield for the Shield Plus. Wow!! This pistol feels great and shoots even better. Mine came with night sights. I love it!!!

First of all the shield they sent me was clearly used. I had to clean it before I could even use it, it was so dirty. Scratches on the slide and sights. They disassembled the optic for some reason. Nice and compact. Excellent craftsmanship and quality. Grips very well and easy to conceal. It’s worth every penny of your investment.
