Hornady Frontier 55 gr Full Metal Jacket .223 Rem Ammo, 20/box – FR100

Have fired several hundred rounds of this Frontier ammo and have had no issues. Reliable and a good price.

Just got my gun and ran this ammo. Within a few mags of zeroing it was popping cans at 80yrds repeatedly with a very hot barrel.

I buy these to shoot at our target range. I let my wife shoot them as the cost is great deal. Ive never had a problem with them.

I have only ever used it for plinking but it is accurate enough, clean enough, and goes bang every time.

Have used this ammo in the past with no problems or misfires. As accurate as any others used. Would recommend.

Great ammunition. Shoot's reliable threw AR-15 and same point of impact as the 55gr v-max threw my 1 in 9 twist barrel.

I got this ammo to try as all of the 5.56 ammo I have gotten from Frontier has worked great in my AR15 rifle, so when I got my AR 15 pistol from Palmetto I decided to give the Frontier 223 ammo a try. It worked just as great as the 5.56 ammo. Will be getting some more.

Very Clean shooting. Thank God I have had very big Stock pile before all this madness happen. but soon as back on market an fair pricing will be buying more

Have purchased before prior to COVID and very happy with past performance. These are to replace those I have previously shot. Too bad the price has more than tripled due to the increase demand. I'll need to keep the powder dry for a while.

5 stars for product, 3 stars for price. Evens out at 4 stars. Come on palmetto, lower these outrageous prices. Tulammo is 15 a box when normally 5 a box. That's a hell of a mark up. We are all doomed.

Inexpensive, and is very accurate at 50 and 100 yards. Thank you PSA for allowing my wife and I to go sight in our babies, and not go broke doing it!

Got this while in a pinch; PSA had ammo when few others did. I'm writing this review as of Aug 2022, so things are a lot better now with respect to ammo availability & pricing. However, it hurts me to see how much I paid when I made the order back in April 2021.. *wipes tears*.
