1 year agoI bought a box of these 9mm 115gr JHP. If you don't fire the round once chambered you might as well toss it in the plinking box. The JHP pushed back into the brass. Definitely letting me know the quality isnt very good. I reported at to the company. Don't waste your time. They blamed it on there round being chambered. Funny but I've NEVER had this issue with any round, caliber, or brand until now.

1 year agoBallistic gel tests show that these don't expand on impact. Essentially overpriced ball ammo. Don't waste your money.

1 year agoDon't take my word for it, watch gel-test reviews of this ammo. To say it is "barely" better than FMJ is an overstatement. If you look at the cuts that are on most other JHP loads that allow for reliable expansion and compare then to this load, you'll see the cuts on these are almost non existent. This is JHP, it is not practice ammo... Spend the extra you need and get some HST, critical defense/duty, or other ammo known to be good.

1 year ago9MM 124GR JHP Not sure I will even use these at range. In very reliable Sig P365XL, multiple “hang ups”, projectile seats in a variety of askew anomalies from cartridge. Would never trust for home/self defense.

1 year agoMany reviews in gel show it does not expand well. For protection purposes... best to use other defense rounds.

1 year agoSaw this low-priced 9mm ammo and decided to check some out, especially since I was breaking in a new S&W MP Shield Plus - - put some variety into the new firearm. Over 300 rounds of different FMJ and a 100 + of various JHP...Sierra 115 and 124 grain included. I had ZERO issues and anything. Credit to the S&W, but this Sierra performed very, very well. No problems. So, I decided to check it out on my Glock 43X and Sig P365...ditto. No issues, pretty clean as well. I am very pleased with the performance of the ammo. Shot groups were nice and consistent.

1 year agoThese actually worked pretty well with my HK VP9 and Ruger EC9. No jams so far. Will be buying more since the price is not bad for these HPs.

1 year agoShot very clean with no malfunctions. The accuracy was surprising with 2 inch grouping at 60 feet or 20 yards, which is well outside of the intended use. Within 1 inch grouping at 15 feet, which is the intent for this defensive ammunition.

1 year agoOnly shot 1clip through my Glock 19. No jams at very rapid fire. Shot them into a log and had very good mushrooming.

1 year agoI haven't received my rebate yet but if it comes, this is probably the deal of the year. I've run two boxes through my CZ P10C without a hitch and they are as accurate as loads costing 3 times as much. You can buy range ammo for this price but this stuff should work well for self-defense too.

1 year agoThese boolets are in-fn-credible. On water jug targets they don't just poke holes and let the water drain out like a week pee stream, they make them EXPLODE! I was so ready to try them out on actual targets I had to wander outside of the walls without permission or stupidvision I've already dropped 13 walkers and 2 crawlers with a single hollow-point to the head. The impact is catastrophic. Fresh ones explode in a cloud of goo, the older ones leave dust piles like blowing out a dozen

1 year agoOMG, they look so nice right here next to my bed, ready for a DEER to bust through the door wielding antlers! Note: The range close to my home won't let us fire JHP, or Shotguns... blah...

1 year agoI've shot a few boxes, they cycle well and I haven't had any issues. I haven't done a gel test but in my opinion it's not needed.
