Turning the Shadow 2 up a notch, the biggest addition on the Orange is a barrel bushing that increases slide-to-barrel fit, resulting in tighter groups. Not as obvious is a factory-tuned trigger with short reset and the hand-fitting of the slide and frame. With many of the same great features that have made the Shadow 2 dominant in USPSA Production Division, the Orange wears a set of signature grips, mag bases and mag release button to set it apart from the standard pistols. The Shadow 2’s swappable mag release has an adjustable, extended button with three settings to allow shooters to set it in the spot most comfortable for them. A hardy nitride finish coats the entire pistol, while the frame gets a layer of our hardy black polycoat. Thin aluminum grips have healthy checkering to match the fine front and backstrap checkering of the pistol itself. Sitting atop the slide are a set of target sights – fiber optic on front and a serrated, black HAJO rear (click adjustable for elevation, drift adjustable for windage).

1 year agoCZ Shadow 2 is a dream to shoot. Very well balanced, light trigger, on the heavier size which is great for less muzzle flip. Its a little costly, but definetly worth every penny!

1 year agoThe best handgun I own. Very accurate right out of the box. Has a nice heavy feel to it and the trigger is precise. It can be hard to rack due to the narrow slide, but that's probably due to my little girly hands.

1 year agoOne of the smoothest and soft pulls in a hand gun. I have tested the trigger pull to be between 1-1.5 lbs. Love that this has the picatinny rail connection as well.

1 year agoI was surprised by how accurately I can shoot from this pistol. Please note that this is NOT a carry gun. It is too nice/big/heavy to be carried around, but if you are seeking fine craftsmanship, outstanding machinery, and superior accuracy, seek no more, this is the one.

1 year agoGot a CZ Omega, CZ Blue & just got an Orange. They all shoot great. Think the Orange has the edge on everything even the Sig 210.

1 year agoSmoothest out of the box pistol I’ve ever shot by far. Added a TLR2 to the end and there’s essentially no muzzle flip. Phenomenal firearm with an insanely good slide fit, the tolerance is so minuscule I have to be gentle assembling it after a cleaning. Do yourself a favor and just spend the money, don’t forget to get the TS if you want an optics cut from the factory!

1 year agoThis pistol is awesome, the recoil is light thanks to the weight, and the SA trigger pull out of the box is light and crisp. DA pull is heavier than I expected, but I haven't tried the other trigger springs that it came with yet (it also came with different recoil springs). The red fiber front sight is easy to acquire. This pistol probably isn't for everyone or every scenario, as it's fairly large & heavy and is probably better suited for larger hands. But it's amazing to shoot. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.
