1 year agoNice gun. Good price. Factory sights are clunky but the gun is set up to add a red dot which was my plan from the beginning anyway.

1 year agoNice pistol. Had magazine fall out for some reason first couple trips to the range. Than stopped (might be user error).

1 year agoWow great handgun. To some degree I bought this model by accident, like many I was looking at the Glock 10mm models which for the most part were unavailable. So I started reading and found that some of the glock10mm models needed a optional barrel for heavy 220gr buffalo ammo and also a spring upgrade for heavy ammo. When I found this model with the frame already machined for the Red Dot and the extra barrel length with the silencer barrel I bought. I have since been to the range twice and the

1 year agoI love this gun! I don't see any drawbacks to this gun. It's a great back-up bear gun that has hardly any recoil compared to any other pistol I'd carry in bear country and you have 15 rounds at your disposal as fast as you can pull the trigger. I don't know how you can go wrong. I was a little weary of a 10mm for bear protection back-up, but there are a lot of experienced sources that carry and suggest them as a decent back-up from guides in WY and MT to the founder of Buffalo Bore Ammo who makes a couple of different large game loads in 10mm.

1 year agoLove it. Very accurate and significantly less recoil than anticipated for 10 mm. Just put a Vortex Venom on it and shooting is so much fun. Great 10mm.

1 year agoIt's a tack hammerer straight out of the box! I hated the iron sights though- no dots or any other markings, just serrated black. I didn't mind them so much after bulls-eyeing the very first shot, with a 1" group of 5! I love this gun a lot. I'm putting a Trijiicon green dot on it, and Springfield sent me(for free), the appropriate mounting plate for it. They also gave me a discount-- $25 factory magazines, of which I bought 3. Oh, and don't worry about this big 10mm kicking- it kicks the same as my .40 Beretta

1 year agoLove it. Great shooting gun, good quality as usual for Springfield. Five out six shots in the bullseye at 50 ft out of the box with 170 grain PPU ammo. Going to try some heavier loads when I can find some.

1 year agoIt has a great look and feel to it, but when looking for a holster take into consideration that with the threaded barrel the overall length of the barrel is just around 5 3/8, hope to start setting up targets soon.

1 year agoI love this gun. I’ve fired a couple thousand rounds through it at this point with several different types of ammo and haven’t had a single malfunction. It’s extremely accurate, even in the 4.5” setup and a lot of fun to shoot. The strength of of the spring and the weight of the slide do a lot to reduce the recoil you’d anticipate. This gun has been with me on a lot of adventures and stayed out in some rough weather. It’s been fired while very dirty and handled any test I’ve put it through like a champ. It’s my trusty sidearm ready for anything and it gets 5 stars from me.

1 year agoI love the accuracy and reliability of this pistol. Straight out of the box I knew that I would change the sights because they were tall and I wasn't going to add a suppressor. I loved the look of the pistol better than the 1911 or the normal look of a semiautomatic pistol, I wanted different. So I changed the sights to a low profile night sight and now it's my 24/7 companion everything from everyday carry to whitetail hunting. Awesome pitol

1 year agoBefore I purchase the gun, I reviewed many comments and videos. The gun was difficult to find and when I finally had the opportunity to order one through Palmetto State Armory, I didn't hesitate to order the unit. After a few days, I received the gun as described on the Web page. I love the gun and I love the service from Palmetto State.
