2 years agoEasy to carry and conceal. Easy straight forward controls. Easy to shoot with both regular and extended mags. Dependable; never fails to go bang when the trigger is pulled. Great for EDC.

2 years agoGorgeous pistol and for a sub-compact it's not harsh for lots of plinking. I've had good groupings but seem to put most of them a 10-11 o'clock. It's the shooter, not the pistol. Just takes time and that's why we shoot, right? I had an XD9 picked for my EDC piece but when Palmetto's deal came out it wasn't a big deal to move to the .40, especially with the three-magazine rebate. And, the rebate mags are 12-rounders. Yeah, Springfield gets pinged for the "Grip Zone" but it's

1 year agoOnce I receive my gun from my FFL dealer I took it to the range immediately and went through thousand rounds that I purchased at Palmetto. Had no problems at all with gun. Found the grip to be awesome. I did ask her just the sites a bit but what’s new with that.

1 year agoFeels very comfortable both to hold and to carry. My first Springfield and I can already say I’m not disappointed, and, I still have yet to shoot it. Can’t beat the price and Springfield was offering a promo when I purchased for 3 free mags. They didn’t go cheap on the mags either, sent 3 extended. I didn’t even have to pay shipping. Will most definately be buying more from this manufacturer and also Palmetto! Satisfied buyer here

1 year agoAbsolutely phenomenal price for this package. Cones with short (I think 9) and extended mag (12), SA box all paperwork and cleaning rod, gun lube and those weird through the Magwell or chamber locks and 3 replacement front sight fluroescent tubes in 3 diff colors red green and yellow I believe. Swapping colors is mad easy. Gun feels so ergonomic my hand loves it (lol). But really excellent quality and craftsmanship, gun cycles and fire smooth as butter. Can get pretty consistent groupings. 1 year agoI have two 45's and several 9s. I bought this on a whim due to the awesome price and just to add a 40 to the family. It is a solid and accurate shooter just like by XD45 and XDS45. I like the way it shoots, very easy to stay on target in rapid fire exercises.

1 year agoFeels great in the hand. Mod 2 has nice grips. Shoots smoothly and accurately. Super reliable. Never had a misfire or jam yet...Couple thousand rounds through it. Its my 6th XD(s) model springfield. I'll continue to be a fan of the model line in multiple calibers.

1 year agoQuite possibly one of my favorite pistols. Great firing gun. Never had a malfunction with this gun and I’ve ran several different types of ammo through just to test it out. Easy to conceal and easy to clean.
