2 years agoAmmo is cheap and fun to shoot just follow their guidelines for what ammo they recommend you will have a blast with it

2 years agoThe Walther WMP has performed flawlessly so far and I have no reason to believe this won't continue. It shoots where you aim it and recoil is negligible. Disassembly, cleaning and reassembling is simple and intuitive. I have other guns but none are as fun to shoot. If you want to shoot .22 wmr in a semiautomatic pistol, this is the best option.

1 year agoIts a Walther. Saw it had to get it four different mag releases. I pretty much use the trigger guard release this way you do not have to alter your grip. this weapon is full size. the only thing i would change and have is the sights since their glock 17 style. I threw a set of fiber optic sights on it works well but will be looking into night sights down the road.

1 year agoThis handgun fires very nicely. In low light you do get a bit of flash due to the 22 WMR round, but it is shooting flat and the groupings at 7 yards are good and tight. Very nice trigger Good capacity for the mags - 15 rounds. Excellent texture on the grips. I put 100 rounds of Armscor 22 WMR through it on the first day out and cycled every one of them with no issues. This is sooooo much better than the Walther PPQ 22LR.

1 year agoReceived my WMP yesterday afternoon, cleaned it last night and took it to the range this morning. I had 3 different types of .22 mag ammo; CCI Maxi-Mag 40gr FMJ, CCI A22 Mag Gamepoint 35gr FMJ and Hornady 30gr V-Max. I fired a 50 rd box of each. The two CCI cartridges ran perfectly; they all loaded, fired and ejected. The Hornady rounds, however, did not run. They were unable to recycle the slide, so after each shot, I had to manually recharge a cartridge. I had 2 misfires. Upon returning … Read More

1 year agoUnreliable in general. Poor build quality. Slide hangs on hammer and started galling the slide within the first 200’Rounds. It will be finding a new home. Unreliable ignition. I wouldnt recommend

1 year ago60 jams out of 120. Sent it for warranty work. Took to range and put 100 Fiocchi range dynamics 40 grain, 50 cci maxi mag 40 grain, 30 armscor 40 grain. Had 40 jams. Failing to feed and not extracting. A few of the failed to extract would take about 8 times racking the slide to pull out the spent case stuck in the chamber. Going to send for more warranty work. Like the gun a lot just wish it would work better. I don't think they are supposed to have this many jams.

1 year agoWalther really did their homework on this 22 Magnum pistol; incredibly fun to shoot, accurate and breeze to clean. Highly recommended if you’re in the market for the 22 Magnum.

1 year agoI love my WMP! Accurate with the iron sites, I have installed but not shot it with a Holosun 507c green dot. Very little recoil but be wary of the very loud report and flame rings on this 4.5" barreled pistol!! With Walther-recommended .22WMR ammo (directly from the Walther website, thank you Walther!), fired 150 rounds without any FTF's or jams. Now if I can just find a nice carry holster! I did secure an extra mag, love the 15 rounds. Hats off to Walther! I am stoked! JP

1 year agoThis is an awesome gun! Great fun to shoot with some serious power and penetration out of a 22WMR ammo. The quality is top notch as you would expect from Walther. German engineered and built.

1 year agoI really like the Walther WMP, the grip are comfortable, the trigger is clean, and the sights easy to use. Haven't put an optic on yet, but it's probably in my future.

1 year agoThis is a really fun gun to shoot but good to know a few things... First, the fun stuff. The gun is very solid in your hand given that it's a small caliber. It was quite accurate right out of the box; shot inaccuracies are likely due more to me than the WMP! There's quite the muzzle flash and report which is really cool. 15 rounds in the magazine maximizes the fun factor when you are out plinking cans or targets etc. I like the red dot sight that comes standard out of the box, and there are

1 year agoFlawless function right out of the box. All I did was make sure the barrel was not obstructed before use. Ergonomics are exceptional.

1 year agoGreat Gun, Great Trigger Pull, Very Easy to load the Mag, 22 WMR is a great cartridge and low cost to shoot. Buy One when you can.

1 year agoReceived the gun quickly after making the purchase on Guns.com and shot it yesterday. Shoots great and I did not have one issue with it. I love 22WMR and have a few revolvers (and 2 rifles), as well as the PMR 30, which is fun, but has A LOT of issues. It's a little larger and heavier than I would like, but I still love it.

1 year agoBeautiful pistol solid as a rock. Don’t care for the factory sights be putting on a reddot . This is definitely not a carry pistol. It’s as big as a full-size HK USP and just about as heavy great range, gun or pack gun.

1 year agoIt is a really nice shooting pistol. There is hardly any recoil. There have been no malfunctions at all so far. It is big though. It is bigger than my Walther PDP. But it still fits my hand well.

1 year agoHave only been to the range once but gun worked perfectly. The fact it is large is perfect for decreasing recoil.
