Henry Repeating Arms Lever Action .22 LR Carbine Rifle – H001L

My friend and his Brother both own one of these rifles and one day,,,,S O W I L L I .I have always liked to watch the old Westernson TV because I was infatuated by the rifles.The shows aren't to shabby either.

Friends sad "get a Browning" 22 lever, but I wanted a little sister to my Henry .44 steel carbine (which I freakin' luv!). No regrets - after a box of break in cartridges this beefy little 22 was as smooth and sweet as could be. Plenty accurate enough (it ain't gonna get you a trophy at Camp Perry, but it prints a dang fine 50 yard group) and a s-ton of plinking fun at a somewhat reduced rate of ammo consumption compared to a semi-auto.

Hi -- this is my second Henry Lever Carbine, the carbine model has become my favorite (I replaced my two ruger 10/22's with the carbines). I like the henry over the 10/22 because i can shoot every form of .22-cal ammo through it, which can be helpful when all you can find is shorts. i like the capacity, the build, the price, the wood stocks are amazing, the big loop is the best design ever, the 16" barrel makes this a very handy option. Easier to disassemble than a 10/22. and i really like the iron sights on the henry over the 10/22. buy with confidence--buy from grab-a-gun

Absolutely beautiful rifle! if you get the chance to get one, get it! love the large loop! This is a great rifle and a great size. My only gripe are the buckhorn sights. I ended up getting the Small Game Rifle with the built-in Skinner sights to address this, but I do miss this one already thanks to its more compact size and lighter weight. I've had no issues hitting bullseyes from 50 yards offhand standing, and I'm 51 with bad eyes and shakey hands. These rifles are amazingly accurate for the price when you feed them good ammo (I was using Lapua Center-X and Eley Club Match),

I bought this rifle yesterday. Went shooting today. I did clean it up first, went over the weapon. I really impressed with the way it made. The way it shoots for my makes it a lot of fun. Its light weight and the large handle makes it easy for me to shoot and enjoy. I bought the 22 cal. target stand that is made for this caliber. The metal one with four on the bottom and one on top. I put about 300 rounds though it with no problems then ran a patch down it to clean it up a bit. And put another 100 rounds though it. Had a great time. Plus no issues. I like the fact its American made all of it.

Just a sweet, smooth operating rifle, have owned a lot of .22 cals in my 80 years including my first one a gift from my grand father back on my 6th birthday ,this one is the very best one, and will pass it on to one of my grand sons so that he will know what American craftsmanship is all about.Thanks Henry for keeping the products you make of the highest quality.

I love my new .22 Carbine Henry rifle. I have a .44 Magnum Henry Big Boy carbine and the .22 allows me to train using cheaper ammo.

Ok no recoil, this took me back to my childhood. Cant wait for my son to learn the basics on this classic. The stock feels like butter.

This little jewel is an absolute dream! It fits me like a glove, and is a tack driver! I bought to hunt small game, and plink. But I wouldn't hesitate to use it in defense (Not as a first choice); but it would do the job with the right ammo.

Smooth as glass and very accurate. I had to wait for almost a year and a half for Sportsmans to actually get these back in stock, so I could order one, glad I did. great little shooter! Henry makes quality firearms!

This is my third henry I was not expecting much out of the price but it as Exceeded all expectations of fit and finish matches the same as my other 2 Henry's and it functions just as smooth

Haven’t shot it yet but it is very light &..... Perfectly Balanced for my wife to shoot !! Beautiful Stock too..!!! Seems like a good choice for “ small framed “ shooters.

Gun looks just like picture. Great fit and finish. Always wanted a lever action 22 and Henry makes a excellent gun. Like the feel and look of bigger opening on the lever. Have shot both long and short rounds with no problems.

The Henry Carbine was hard to find but once I GUNS.COM they had it in stock and met all my expectations. Based on some of the reviews I was a little leery abut using them but I’m glad I did. They did everything they said they would and when or before they said they would. I will be using them again. Plus my delivery was several days early.
