The Henry Single Shot Rifle is available with a matte finish steel or polished hardened brass frame. Both variants of this break action rifle sport a round 22 barrel adjustable folding leaf rear and brass bead front sights and American walnut stock. The brass variants stock has a straight English wrist and brass buttplate The steel variants stock has a curved pistol grip and rubber recoil pad. The Single Shot is drilled and tapped for scope mounts.

1 year agoI like shooting black powder and wanted a single shot, but reproduction Sharps,Trapdoors and everything else cost way to much. Henry makes a quality break action rifle that will perform as well as much more expensive rifles. I love it, it’ll hit and knock down anything it point it at. 1 year agoFit, feel and finish just fantastic. If it were a shotgun, you could easily say it had Grade IV wood in it. Your mileage may vary, but the one I got has stunning wood. And it feels great while shooting. Last season I only got wet out hunting for a deer in Ohio, Rifle took the rain just fine, easy to clean and not a bit of rust from a full day in the rain.

1 year agoI didnt want to review thiS gun until i had put in at least one season with it. I Killed two deer with it this year both dropped in sight of my stand. Accuracy is great and after the trigger recall this gun is awsome. This is a true quality single shot rifle. I have several bolt actions and Lever guns but this henry has become my go to rifle.

1 year agoThe Henry single shot 243 I purchased from guns online appears to be excellent quality in workmanship. And they did correct the recall issue. As to shootability, I havent yet so I have no opinion yet. As to guns .com, very easy to work with and they actually had a Henry single shot. 1 year agoThe Henry single barrel is a great rifle. I would recommend it to anyone. It's really accurate I shot 1.25 at 100 yds that's good for me. I love my Henry single shot rifle.!!

1 year agoi love this rifle its a single shot open sights rifle in 223.rem. i shot ARs and i have lots of 223 around the house so this rifle is prefect
