1 year agoNice enough little rifle! Fit and finisH is very good for a rossi. Shoots well. The action is a bit gritty feeling, howevEr, and the trigger needs a bit of refinement. For the price, however, i think it’s great!

1 year agoIt is a well made rifle. It is definitely a budget gun. Not the best selection of wood but decent. It is fun to plink with. My personal issue is the black finish. I would prefer a blued finish. Unfortunately it is a finish which is going the way of the wild. Worth the money. Plinking, small game, targets. Buy it you wont be sorry.

1 year agoI ordered a 22 Gallery Rifle, I was shipped a 22 Rio Bravo lever action Rifle. They never had this Gallery Rifle in stock.

1 year agoI ordered the pump action Rossi 22 and received the lever action Rossi 22. I went ahead and took delivery of the lever action but hope to order/receive the pump action when they become available. James Kim Wilkinson

1 year agoOrdered this rifle and was delivered promptly from PSA as normal. My first impression when I opened box was it was thicker and heavier than I expected (based on my perception of old gallery guns). Was hoping to have a small, light 22 to teach grand kids how to shoot. I'm sure it will work for that but again a bit heavy. Action was tight and stiff but I'm sure will loosen up with some use. Rifle seems to shoot fine with the little I have shot it so far. At this point unless you have a true love for this type of gun(pump), I would probably go with a 10 22 Ruger as a shooter!

1 year agoMy dad had one just like it for over 30 years... we retired it after he passed away.... I love that they started making them again.... I haven’t shot it yet but I can’t wait.... Rossi makes good firearms.

1 year agoShoots and operates as it should. After reading some of the other reviews wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. For the money i would recommend it

1 year agoNot like the one I had 40 years ago. This one is about half again bigger and much heavier. The original was very much like the old shooting gallery model. This one is Yuck.. Sold it without even shooting it. Y

1 year agoThe Rossi gallery gun is a throwback to the Winchester Model 62 and the shooting gallery rifles in county fairs. It is fun to shoot with iron sights and is very accurate. I had a couple of feeding snags early on before it was broken in, but none since. This is a perfect gun for kids to learn to shoot.
