BENELLI SUPER BLACK EAGLE 3

It’s been a fantastic shotgun for dove season so far! Extremely happy with it. Super light and feels great in the hands. We’ll done Benelli.

Beautiful gun, easy process to get set up with at the store and have loved using it ever since I bought it.

I bought this gun a month ago and it shot perfect until it didn’t but it’s still fires perfect and I love it

I purchased the SBE3 3" in timber from Eurooptic in January. Very well made gun with great handling. I knew I would never be shooting 3.5" shells, so decided to go with the new this year 3" version. What I didn't know was that Benelli uses at two piece configuration for the barrel and upper receiver on the 3" version. There is an aluminum piece from the back of the receiver to the front and then the barrel slides into that. Why you need to know that is because it means there is no way of adding an optic and none of the current SBE3 barrels will work on it. I confirmed this with Benelli who said they do plan on making a slug barrel for the 3" version and offering barrels shorter than 26", but not this year (2022). I had planned on getting a turkey barrel and slug barrel for mine to round out the hunting capabilities, but it looks like I will have to wait. As to reliability, it was 100% during waterfowl and if you are concerned about pattern, mine throws a 70/30 pattern at 25yrds, which I think is ideal for duck.

Works great BUT the front site fell off and got lost on the second quail hunt. Screw is gone also. Cheap plastic

I went with the 20 gauge. You can shoot this gun all day. Not only is it light but it really does absorb the recoil in the butt stock. Reloading is quick and easy and the gun stays clean after firing it all day. The variety of chokes that it comes with is great, you have everything you need day one. The accuracy was excellent. My first one and i have not shot it yet , but it looks well made and it was delivered on time and as agreed.

Went to the range to shoot clays . The SBE3 is a 20 gauge. I also own a Benelli Ethos Sport 12 gauge. I reall y enjoyed using the SBE3. I think Benelli did a really good job with their shotguns. I would only ever own a Benelli. The produce a quality product!
