TAURUS 66

I only gave it 4 stars because of the trigger. After installing a spring kit it is awesome! Great service from grabagun.

This is as sweet as it can get, Balances and great feeling in your hand. The 7 rounds are a great bonus. It's a beautiful well built gun that is a pleasure to shoot. it came out of the box dead on TARGET.

The weapon performed flawlessly and was accurate with no adjustment. Wasn't in stock so I checked notify me when it is. When I got the notice I ordered and it was delivered in 3 days. Have had only good dealings with grabagun.

Great Handgun. The recoil is totally absorbed by the weight of the gun. Fit and finish are flawless.

the taurus 66 quite simply is what it is. The fit and finish are not up to the standards of smith & Wesson or Ruger, but the gun can be purchased at a fraction of the price. the grip is not the most comfortable or best at absorbing recoil, but the 66 has reliably fired everything i've fed it in .357 mag or 38 special. this is a quality 7-shot revolver that gets the job done, but it will probably never be a range favorite or display piece.

Love this revolver. Shoots great. The thin grip could be a little wider for hand comfort but over all a great quality gun.

I'm very happy with my 66. Just the right size to stay handy, keep the weight down, but still make shooting magnums a breeze. Very accurate right out of the box, only needed a minor adjustment. Single action is nice, double has a step mid pull but is acceptable. if tshtf i won't be complaining about it.

Easy and fun to shoot. Handles recoil well and quite nice for the price. Highly recommend it, never had any issues.

the trigger is the best I have shot in this level of power. the front site had to be improved with a brite fingernail polish. it was very hard to see before a touch up.

Great pistol, very happy with the quality and accuracy I have a couple other Taurus pistols and they are good too. I also have several Smith and Wesson pistols too for the price Taurus is a value, not just paying for the name. Guns.com shipped very fast and was pleased by the short arrival time to my FFL.

After 20 years, I traded my s & w 686. It was the wrong decision, and I knew it early on. The 686 was my choice this time, but too much money for me this time. The Taurus seems to fit the need that came back to me for the 686. The 66 is just like the 686, except for the fact that it holds 7 rounds instead of 6. A plus.

I ordered a new gun. When I received the gun it was not in a plastic bag. The gun barrel and cylinder had orange on them from rubbing in the box. The sight protector was not on the gun. Not a Ruger GP100 or S&W 686 but great for the money (hundreds cheaper) and it comes with a lifetime warranty. I have other Taurus handguns and each has been great so far - so far so good with this 6 inch, 7 shot model. Accurate out of the box.

I find the grip a little too big for me however the heft is just what I needed, so all in all I would rate it a good fit.

The trigger pull is smooth and easy to use, the double action is also very easy to use . The safety lock is a very nice feature to have on this type of gun.
