The semi-automatic Sub-2000 is designed to be the most convenient 9mm rifle available. It’s adjustable and foldable to 16.25 x 7 inches for easy storage and can accept popular S&W M&P 9mm handgun magazines; plus it can easily be disassembled for cleaning or inspection without tools.
The highly durable polymer frame is comprised of an impact modified glass reinforced Zytel. Two integrated Picatinny rails come standard on the forend for mounting accessories. An adjustable stock can be collapsed and folded into itself, allowing for the rifle to become remarkable smaller and fit in most backpacks, perfect for hiking. By rotating the barrel upwards and back, the SUB-2000 rifle can instantly be reduced to a size of 16.25 x 7 inches for ease of storage. The stock includes a single point sling loop attachment, a slot for adding a nylon sling loop (1.25″ wide is ideal), and a Picatinny rail on the bottom for adding small accessories. The SUB-2000 features a push-bolt safety located behind the trigger on the grip assembly. The bolt can be locked in the rear position by cycling the bolt to the rear and rotating the operating handle up into the cutout on the receiver. The rear sight is of aperture type and the AR style front sight can be adjusted for windage and elevation. The thread protector on the SUB-2000 is removable if the shooter desires to replace the thread protector with a compatible accessory for the 1/2″-28 threads.

1 year agoLike it. Some I assume have folding stock. This one has a breakover type barrel in which I like much more. I carry and M&P shield wich I was thinking the Keltec would accept mags. Never thought about it being a compact M&P being diffrent. My oversight. So I bought mags for it and my compact will accept the higher capacity mags, plus they feel better. Do not know a lot about the folding stock, but one touch and barrel goes into place Nice !! 9 mm cheap to shoot and bit more knock down power … Read More

1 year agoIt’s a fun shooting weapon. However, you should not advertise a $100 rebate unless you are going honor it. Kel Tec should ashamed of themselves for for misleading people with this advertisement. Also it should be known that weapon does NOT accept Glock magazines.

1 year agoLove it. So far I ran 16 full mags of various grain ammo through it. Flawless. I even mixed grains in the same mag just to see how it would handle. Flawless. Every bug out bag should have one of these. Sites are on point. Threw a laser on just for kicks. Highly recommend.

1 year agoYou get exactly what you think you are buying. Sturdy and fun to shoot, but does not take up a lot of space. I just keep it in my desk at home when I am not using it.

1 year agoI've run a few hundred rounds through it and no glitches, except when I accidentally tried to over-stuff my magazine. Other than that, no problems. I would recommend one of these to anyone looking for a pistol caliber carbine.

1 year agoThe SUB 2000 shot good right out of the box and functioned flawlessly. Lighter than I expected but will be great in the backpack. Purchase was easy and shipping was extremely fast.

1 year agoThis weapon is one of the funniest and very accurate I’ve fired in a very long time. Zeros like an M4/M16 so very quick. Walked it in with only three, three round sets. Then it didn’t miss!! I was so impressed, I purchased a second one for my wife. Last thing I really like about this weapon is that it collapses in half. I’m able to store...Read More Read more about review stating This weapon is one of

1 year agoI really like everything about the gun except for the trigger pull. Other reviews had noted it as "squishy", which I didn't understand what they meant, but you have to pull the trigger 3/4 of the way back before it fires. I've only put about 10 rounds through it, so I'll probably get used to it, and it won't be a problem. It's just very different ...Read More Read more about review stating Great, other than the trigger pull.

1 year agoNot bad. Light weight. Rear sights are a pain having to pry it up everytime you unfold it. (mcarbo makes a replacment rear sight it flips up when you unfold the gun). Not a bad gun for the price. $100 rebate makes it only about $300 dollers.
