1 year agoTested the penetration of this round for hunting deer and boar. Results were disappointing. Ten rounds fired through 18 inches of wet magazines showed no expansion or mushrooming at all. Rounds were fires at 100 yards and 50 yards. Penetrated 11 inches but no expansion. Except for a little deformity of the bullet it was in effect almost like before it was fired. The Winchester semi-jacket 240 grain hollow point penetrated the same distance but expanded to almost twice its size with almost no loss in weight.

1 year agoThese rounds performed flawlessly out of my Super Blackhawk. Dropped 3 large bodied deer in their footprints at varying ranges. Tested several brands and bullet types and these grouped amazingly well

1 year agoThese shoot really good through my super redhawk. I have dug them out of different hogs ive shot,there expansion and weight retention is awesome
