1 year agoOn a quest to find a commercial load for training (and taking my next Precision Rifle Class at Sig Sauer Academy!) I tried 5 different manufacturer's match loads, all in 175gr, from Federal, to Black Hills, Nosler SSA, Hornady etc.. While some had smaller deviation with my set-up, Sig provided a decent SD and nice results -- tight sub-minute groupings at 100yds. Muzzle velocity with my setup and under testing conditions was 2671 fps on the average, with a standard deviation of 11.3 fps. So I bought 23 more boxes, and ordered a bunch more so that I could remove one variable from my setup and get some decent practice in. If you have not tried Sig Elite Match .308WIN, you should!

1 year agoI bought this based on the value but was pleased to get more than just a “good deal”. I have other ammo that’s 160gr. but I like the 175gr. quite a bit. Hoping to do some hog hunting soon but waiting on my Romeo 5 to pair with the Juliet magnifier I got earlier.

1 year agoAvailability is very important in a crises situation. Reliability...works when needed. Consistency....everytime over and over again...on target.

1 year agoLove sig products. Run these in a 716i. Best shooting 308 load I can find. Taken out to 800 yards no problem.

1 year agoI have been a long time Sig Sauer fan and owner of more than a few firearms. Quality and accuracy is top. Price is a little higher than most, however, the performance, quality, and satisfaction are well worth it.

1 year agoGood quality match ammo. I shot this batch (160 rounds) through a Remington 700 LTR. Transonic around 900meters. Groups we’re sub-MOA until transonic, then opened up as expected.

1 year agoI don't know what it is about Sig's elite performance ammo, but it keeps on being the most accurate ammo in the 3 guns I shoot the most regularly. Two are in .223 and one in .308. This sig .308 ammo finally brought my ar10 to moa accuracy! Been trying tons of ammo and couldn't get better than 1.25 inches at 100 yards, and with this ammo I got 1 inch, 5 shot groups, 3 out of 7 attempts. For this rifle, that's as good as it gets. I can consistently shoot sub moa out of my ar15s with sig ammo, fyr.
