Savage Axis II .223 Remington Bolt Action Rifle, Realtree Timber – 57460
Precision, performance and price have never come together like this. Savage rebuilt the synthetic stock on the Axis II for improved ergonomics that let any hunter shoot their very best. Like always, the rifle’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger, thread-in headspacing and floating bolt head extract the utmost accuracy from the 22-inch button rifled sporter barrel for the performance of high-end hunting rifles at a fraction of the price.

1 year agoThis rifle is a decent rifle but the forend was touching the barrel (so the barrel is not free floated) and the trigger spring is to stiff making it hard to cycle open. Also, I got this rifle thinking it would feed flat nose bullets from the magazine, but only spritzer bullets cycle from the magazine.

1 year agoProbably one of the best rifles that I've ever bought! I expected it to be good, but for $330, this is frigging amazing! Teamed up with a nice Bushnell scope that I bought I've been busting an 10 inch metal plate at 250 yards every shot in 15 mph winds. Super comfortable and the camo pattern is perfect. It's a coyote killer for sure! Thanks PSA!
