The Remington 700 platform is the best action for the money, and the preferred choice for the sniper builds.

The Remington SPS, is still the Excellent Remington 700. However the Cheap Synthetic Stock does nothing for the Appeal of this fine Rifle. I get rid of the Stock, and Install an excellent “ BOYDS” Laminated Wood Stock For superior Strength, Glass and Pillar Bed it, Free Float the Barrel, and Then I have a 1,000 Yd Shooter. See Photos.
