The Cascade is CVA’s first ever bolt-action centerfire rifle. Long the leader in both muzzle-loading rifles and single-shot centerfires, CVA has applied it’s nearly 50 years of experience into making what they feel to be the best bolt-action on the market at $600 or below. The Cascade’s 4140 carbon steel barrel is finished in Cerakote Flat Dark Earth. The series features a threaded muzzle, making it ready for a brake or suppressor whenever you are. The bolt design incorporates a 70 Degree throw for smooth and fast operation, plus generous scope clearance. The two-position safety is conveniently located for natural and instantaneous operation. And loading is a breeze with its four round, flush fit, detachable magazine (extra magazines available from CVA). Their own synthetic stock is fiber-glass reinforced and has a SoftTouch finish, in Veil Wideland camo, for easy gripping, even in the harshest weather conditions. The buttstock has adjustable length of pull by way of a removable spacer, making the Cascade an ideal gun for small-statured adults or even the full-sized hunter who wants to shorten his stock to accommodate heavy winter clothing. And dual front swivel studs allow for the use of both a sling and a bi-pod at the same time. Scoping up the Cascade is a breeze, as it is compatible with all two piece mounts built for the Savage 110 AccuTrigger models.

1 year agoThis gun exceeded my expectations. I’ve shot a lot of firearms in my last 50 years and this Cascade has the best trigger, by far, of all of them. Even better that the two I’ve put $100+ “upgraded” triggers on. The trigger alone is reason enough to buy this gun; but, there’s more. The bolt is super smooth and the 70 degree throw gives loads of scope clearance. The soft touch stock has great “grip”. So much better than the plastic stocks on the competitors. And, the accuracy of that Bergara

1 year agoCva Cascade in 450 bushmaster is an excellent gun and well worth the money. The action is very smooth and the trigger pull is 2.5 pounds. I topped it with a leupold vx-freedom 3-9x40 for the 450 bushmaster and it was a 4 shot sight in with the next 4 shots touching at 100 yards. I had each of my kids take a shot and their shots were touching also at 100 yards. Can’t say enough good things about the gun just hope I get a chance to use it on a Michigan buck next season.

1 year agoA very well built rifle. My gun shoots sub half inch groups at 100 yds. Fantastic rifle for the money!

1 year agoHaven’t seen it yet but my other two cascades are great rifles and I expect the same quality from this one. I have the 308 win and the 350 Legend so far.

1 year agoThis is the second cascade I've bought haven't shot it yet. But if it shoots like the other one I have it will be a tack driver I can shoot 1 inch groups at 200 yards. The first one I bought is in 6.5 Creedmoor. The new one is in 22-250
