1 year agoI bought this gun as a back up duck gun. I also already had every possible choke for it as well so that sort of influenced my decision to buy it. My gun was one of the recalled shotguns that can slam fire when chambering a round. I checked the Winchester website and entered my serial number and the gun was already repaired. I have put 100 shells through it and it functions as it should. The stock seems small but shoulders well and will work well when heavily clothed. The inertia operated bolt doesn't seem to really make a difference in shucking shells any faster but the action is slick compared to other comparably priced pumps that need to be "broken in" and it is very easy to break down and clean. The true test will be in the duck blind in another week or so. But I think it will do just fine.

1 year agoI got this gun last year as a Christmas present from my family. I shot 2 3/4 inch dove shells through it like a dream. But when duck season rolled around, I had an issue. I shoot 3 inch rio blue steel high brass duck shells in all of my guns but this one because it will not cycle the shell for some reason. It holds up to a 3 inch shell but gets jammed shut almost every time I put a 3 inch shell in it. I don't even have to shoot the gun for the gun to not want to pump the shell out. If someone knows a solution I would greatly appreciate it. But FYI, this is a problem I'm currently having with this gun and it's really aggravating.
