Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter Stainless .44 Rem Mag 7.5" Barrel 6-Rounds Laminate Wood Grip

I'm real late writing this review due to the nature of my work. I just wanted to relay to others that I often purchase firearms and / or accessories from Grab A Gun and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a solid and dependable online source for all of your firearm needs. Five Stars for Grabagun and the speed in which I received this revolver. Five stars for Ruger for providing quality firearms at a competitive price. I ordered this on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:00PM and received it on Friday morning. The gun was in perfect condition. Everything is tight with no machining marks of any kind anywhere. I have seven Ruger firearms and have come to expect this kind of quality and have gotten it each time. I will be buying more guns and buying them from Gragagun. Best prices anywhere and fastest delivery time. Excellent company!

Finally got out to shoot my Ruger Blackhawk Hunter. With my hand loads being shot at 30 and 50 yards I shot 10 (6) round groups after sighting it in at 25 yards. Sand bagged at 30 yards five groups averaged 1.875". Five groups at 50 yards averaged 2.750". Now I'll put a 4X scope on it and use it for deer hunting here in Central New York. It's got some kick to it using 240 grain bullets with full house loads of Lil' Gun but no worse than expected. More of a backward and upward recoil. Great, great shooter.

2nd Review: After sighting in the iron sights I put a Weaver 4X scope on the Ruger Super Blackhawk. It was made very easy because of the Ruger rings it came with. The gun was on paper after bore sighting it and in the bulls eye after 3 shots. Moving out to 50 yards I was getting 2' groups on average with 10 6 shots groups. The smallest group was 1.875. The gun handles extremely well. It will be a great hunter. Grabagun is the place to buy. Ordered on a Wednesday and was at the FFL on Monday. Super service.

I love this revolver. Later this year I'll add a scope to it. It's heft makes it a pleasure to shoot. Thanks Grab-A-Gun for a fantastic price. Shipping fast too.

If you want a man's size hand gun , look no more. This Ruger is very well built and good looking to. Beautiful hand grips which match the stainless steel frame and barrel. Its a little heavy but the weight help keeps the kick back from being as bad. I would highly recommend this hand gun ! Price is right ! Get one before their gone !

Ordered on Monday at 4:00 , in my hands by lunch on Friday. Only minor adjustments to sights and was shooting cloverleaf groups with Leverevolution ammo. Carried it while checking trail cameras today and dropped a 400+ lb. boar hog in his bed at 38 yards. Ordered my Super Blackhawk hunter from Grabagun. Very pleased with the expediate delivery and the communication during the delivery. Put a Leupold hangun scope on the pistol and took it to the range. This pistol shoots fantastic and very accurate. My first time hunting with it I shot a buck at 60 yards. No tracking necessary. Truly a handgun masterpiece.

Great gun to have in my collection. I switched to Hogue grip to tame kick of .44 Mag. Can shoot .44 Special all day without discomfort.

The hammer has locked up it will not cock this is before I even fired it. I have had one like this years ago plus some other Ruger revolvers and never had any problems with those firearms.
