Kimber 1911 Ultra Carry II 9mm Luger 3in Two Tone Pistol – 8+1 Rounds – Perhaps one of the most historically recognized guns in the country, the 1911 is known for being reliable and recognizable. Some of its more modern variations are still used by certain military and law enforcement groups today, and they’re even more popular among civilians. Kimber has taken this legacy and built a pistol that is both stylish and functional for the every-day pistol shooter. With a two-toned stainless steel slide and frame and rosewood grips, this firearm immediately catches your attention. It also prioritizes comfort for the shooter with a high hammer safety and cross-hatching on the grip, and a 3-dot sight to help you get on target as smoothly and quickly as possible. With its expertly machined parts and carefully calibrated action, you’ll be confident no matter where or when you shoot this modern piece of American history. This model features a 3in barrel, 8+1 capacity, and 9mm Luger cartridge.

1 year agoI bought my kimber ultra carry ll from cabelas at 799.99 then found it for 719.99 at a rival store but thier policy is all sales are final with no return on non fired firearms I haven’t tried the price match and they only give veterans and military 5% off and every where eles is 10-15%off your purchase, my complaint is the magazine or the extractor is causing the weapon to jam and the operation to eject three to four rounds before it chambers a round, this is brand new weapon that should have been discounted even further-because it was a display model that sold to for 799.99 and should been sold for 699.99 with the military discount to boot , the sales person Michael, who sold me the weapon failed to mention store policy about return on firearms sales and that all sales were final

1 year agoI purchased this pistol just a few weeks ago and I’m about finished with the 500 round break in period shooting 100 at a time and cleaning. This pistol is an excellent shooter and very accurate and controllable. I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase. I don’t see how one could go wrong with this purchase. Get one you’ll see what I mean.

1 year agoJust took this out to the range for the second time since getting it last month. It functions flawlessly. I did not experience any of the problems others have reported about Kimbers being tight and needing 500 rounds or so to loosen up. Ball, hollow point, conical -- all fed without problems. The gun is well made and optimized for concealed carry. It is extremely accurate at 15 yards or less -- better than expected for a 3" barrel.

1 year agoPurchased the Ultra Carry II brand new. Out of the box the grip safety did not function. resulting in accidental discharge in a controlled environment-no injuries. Returned the weapon to the retailer for a full refund and purchased a Colt Officer's Model...with a working grip safety. Would not recommend Kimber to anyone. Safety failure indicates poor quality control. Would give zero stars

1 year agoOutstanding handgun that feels great in the hand. Easy to operate and I've never had any problems with the function of this weapon. Nice tight grouping at 15 yards. I would recommend this handgun for carry and target shooting.

1 year agoI have shot many different 1911's over the years. This is my first Kimber. Ran 250 rounds through it today. No malfunctions or feeding problems. Very accurate with a nice trigger feel. For a .45 it is really manageable and easy to shoot. Trigger reset can be a little inconsistent. It might just need some breaking in and having more practice with it. This is a really nice 1911 at a good price. Very attractive as well. I am completely satisfied and will likely buy a higher end Kimber in the future.

1 year agoLove everything about. Great size, feels good in your hand, shoots extremely accurate and looks even better in person. If 1911 style handguns is your thing you won’t be disappointed
