2 years agoI broke this gun in a few weeks ago. While at first it had some trouble ejecting my low-velocity target rounds, it improved as I cycled more through it, and it really was solid for heavier load. The kick on this gun is amazingly light -- especially considering how light the gun is. I am very happy with the purchase.

2 years agoA pleasure to shoot. We’ll built, great action. Shooting this gun is still comfortable that one does not even feel any recoil.

2 years agoI ordered the firearm online and went to pick it up at the store. It came with some scratches and I felt that the firearm was demaged or used.

1 year agoPurchased this gun late last year and shot a few times in the spring. The gun had timing and cycling issues and sent to Beretta for customer support. Shipped in June and still have not received a return. Each time I am told their calibration machine is down and awaiting parts. It is now December, still no gun and no ETA on when it will be returned fixed and ready to shoot.

1 year agoAfter putting 100 rounds through this gun, the plastic in the kick off stock shattered. I would think paying over $900 for a gun, it’s not going to break after only putting a couple rounds through it.

1 year agoPurchased this gun recently and had it out to the range today. It pointed and swung well for me. The gun aims true for sporting clays and patterned well out to 50 yards for the upcoming turkey season. My grandson will use it for turkey hunting. The recoil was mild even with 3" turkey loads so it will be helpful for his accuracy.

1 year agoI just bought a 20 gauge A300 Ultima, it seems not liking the Winchester target load at 1200 FPS. Federal load seems to work well with this gun. I will use Federal 1250 FPS going forward.

1 year agoNo complaints yet about 500 ran through it with zero cycling issues chokes incredibly easy to change cant beat the price either

1 year agoWorking well. 200+ rounds of cheap light target loads and only one failure to feed in the first five rounds. Otherwise, it’s working perfectly. Fit and finish are a little lacking for Beretta standards. Some paint chipping and gouges that seem to have happened in initial assembly, but nothing that affects the operation of the gun.

1 year agoI bought an A300 Ultima from a local gun shop in 2021 and liked it a lot. Went to Boise Cabela's in December '22 to pick up a second one in camo. When I got the shotgun home, I noticed that the camo hydrodip hadn't covered the end of the barrel, and the forend had a lot of play in it. When I took it out hunting for the first time, I found that the kickoff spring was not working, so provided no recoil reduction - which is one of the major pros of this gun in my opinion. (On my first one, the kickoff is great. Makes the 12 gauge feel like a 20). Cabela's has a plaque that indicates all firearms sales are final, but that they will replace or repair a firearm if it has manufacturer defects and you bring it back within 30 days. I did so, and they denied that policy and said it was a Bass Pro Shops policy - and that their sign on the gun counter wasn't supposed to be there. They did ship it to Beretta for me. 6 months later, I've contacted Beretta twice and they have no ETA on when they will have the gun returned. They are "waiting on parts" but also said they are not going to fix the kickoff. So, it can be a great shotgun. But apparently there are some real quality control issues, and Beretta and Cabela's don't seem to be doing much to fix it. Apparently you better do a real good job inspecting for a firearm for manufacturer defects at Cabela's before you purchase it. One would assume they are only selling new firearms in new, working condition, but clearly that's not the case.

1 year agoI love this shotgun! I usually shoot an o/u, but didn’t want to take it out into the salt Marsh so I got the A300 and it shoots very well. It is so smooth and fast there is none of the auto-loader delay, it’s as fast as shooting my o/u. It fits me very well out of the box and because of that I shoot it better than most other shotguns I’ve tried. I strongly recommend the Beretta.

1 year agoI purchased the 20 ga, Hoping the “kickoff” for reduced recoil would be good for my wife and daughters to shoot all 120-130#, and not have to hear of bad recoil. It’s done a great job. It won’t cycle the “extra low” recoil 3/4 oz loads, but to be honest I haven’t tried those to see it it’s just too much give on the shooter for those. However, we haven’t had a single non-cycle out of regular 7/8 target loads for sporting clays, and we’ve had over 300 rounds through it. I will say, not sure if its

1 year agoPerfect for waterfowl. Got a few green heads and woodies with it. Just waiting to get her more exposure to the wetlands and we’ll see how she hold up in the long run.

1 year agoThis gun shoots and cycle’s everything! Picked my 20 gauge up at store went home and thoroughly cleaned her. Went to sporting clay course and tried light target loads 7/8 oz. To one ounce. Perfect. Heavy turkey loads no problem. Very happy. A very good shotgun

1 year agoGreat shotgun! I have fired about 1/2 a case through mine and has work Flawlessly absolutely no issues with trigger or anything whatsoever with it. My only regret is I didn’t buy it sooner. Great duck/goose gun with no recoil !

1 year agoI purchased this shotgun for my wife. She took it to shoot five stand the other day and thoroughly enjoyed herself. It was light enough for her to swing it comfortably and the recoil was not punishing. Cycled reliably even with light #8 shells. The fit and finish is precisely what you would expect from Beretta.

1 year agoBest shotgun I have ever owned. No issues at all with this gun it is flawless and verry well built. I also recomend the Carlson's Cremator chokes for this gun.
